Reza EThe mobile return for my truck did not work. Records indicated I still had the truck 2 days after I had returned it with no email receipt. I called TWICE and spoke with TWO separate u-Haul representatives, who did NOTHING to help with my problem. Absolutely nothing. Diane was the first and Tempest was the second. All they did was forward my issue to the location of the drop off whose issue it wasn’t in the first place. The issue is with U-Haul company and their mobile app that chooses to not work. I’m very disappointed with my experience and will not be recommending using the service to anyone in the future. Do better I know you can. It’s not about the money.

Emily ZMike and his family at the Vincennes U-Haul location on Old 41 South provide excellent service, are open early and stay open late, and make sure the equipment is in excellent condition. We are a non-profit animal rescue and they take good care of us when we need a truck. Thanks again.

John MMy only complaint is that the person who ran the desk wasn't AT the desk. Calling the numbers didn't work. I called out asking if anyone was around, silence. I was on a time crunch, I got their early to get my uhaul and didn't get it till 30 minutes after the pickup time. Other people had come in waiting for their uhaul as well. Turns out the person was out back gardening or something and their phone was dead so no calls came in. The person was very apologetic and kind and got me my truck as quickly as possible. It was just an inconvenience to me because I had to be moved from my home within a certain time, and I lost some of that time not knowing where the clerk was.

Emma Huhaul company are thieves . i asked for 3 days and said i might need 4 days . what i got was charged for 4 days and given 3 days and 6 hours . this is called theft of service . when you charge someone for a service not given . i am filing a legal complaint of theft of service with the attorney general of my state . when i returned the truck . i after i filled the truck to 11/16 full i was told the truck was needed to be filled to a cunts hair below 3/4 of a tank . and i think i was charged extra money for extra fuel another theft . i will also be filling a complaint with the bbb , trust pilot , google and anywhere else i can file a complaint . i have never been treated so poorly by uhual in my life .

Larry GAccurate fuel level amounts, the level shown on the paperwork at pick up is not the same as what is really in the tank. Can't say 5/16 of a tank of gas if the gauge is resting on the line for 1/4 tank.
Jesse MThe person in charge of this location, overcharged me on the mileage, it has been a hassle trying to get my money back, he acts as if he doesn't care.
daron nThe man at the counter she rude and condescending. He made a personal phone call to my cell phone to inform me that my moving help (the driver) (who happens to be a personal friend of mine ) “purposefully” drove through his properties grass causing property damage. He then informed me that he would have to assess the total cost of a tow truck and lawn repair before getting back to me to pay the costs of such. I was polite on the phone, but it really frustrated me that I would have to pay any sort of damage when all the driver did was park the uhaul the best he could by all the other uhaul trucks that were also parked in the grass off the side of the road. I would not recommend this location to anyone as I wouldn’t want them to have the same unprofessional experience as I did.

THOMAS nThe owner was hard to get a hold of when I needed to extend the days I needed the truck. Kept calling and someone there kept telling me to call back in a few hours.
Jennifer BNo negatives about it, it's more of an industrial setting than a sterile environment. Still, the worker was polite and helpful.
Gary GWhen we rent it the trailer there was no tongue Jack on it so we had to lift a Box trailer that was very heavy to put it on the hitch and take it off. This is very problematic for a person that is older or a female that might not have the Physical strength and puts u-haul at risk.
Ralph JI didn’t like having to go double the miles to go to Vincennes and pay an extra $40 for mileage and then paid $30 to fill up the gas tank to a quarter tank. I was told I had to go to Vincennes because there was no trucks in the Princeton location. The man said they had no trucks at all for me the day before and while I was driving to go pick up from Vincennes I saw not one but two trucks at the location in Princeton that I originally ordered.
Michael AI would love to see a broom with a holder so that a person could sweep the u haul out . Making cleanup easier. For those who are using the u haul that maybe had to move without having a broom to clean up.

Jack CPerson who took the truck from us had a pretty rude attitude. Didn’t really explain anything to us so we just stood there while he took the truck and parked it off site. Was told I would get an email about dropping it off and I didn’t receive that until after I was charged the extra $105 and had to call to figure out why I got the charge and ask why I hadn’t received the email yet.
