Nothing, the gentleman was VERY friendly and it was one of the best experiences i had with uHaul.

The truck has stuff inside when I reach my destination plus it only had under three quarters of a tank of gas I put gas back in above three quarters and was charged also was charged twice for mileage this is ridiculous

I reserved a 20 ft truck and was given a 15 ft truck . I asked the man .. is this a 20 ft truck and he said yes this is your truck . All my furniture and boxes did not fit in the 15 ft truck and I had to make another 5 hour round trip in a friends pick up truck to get the rest of my stuff out of the apartment I was moving from . I want a total refund on this truck rental

This location is a train wreck. Too much going on there that has nothing to do with U-Haul.

Out of boxes, the process took longer than it should have and the location was sketchy.

I rented this truck to unload my garage, to dump at the scrap yard,I made two trips across town,I have drove this route numerous times in my vehicle (ten miles) I returned the truck and received a email receipt(3 hours later) for 300$ saying I drove 276 miles, I will never again deal with this rental place or your company.if your going to use this company,take pictures of your milage before and after.

Uhaul Vendor location should be clean, organized, and free of drug parphanalia on open display. The state of this location is not reflective of a safe environment for customers.

The guy was nice and everything, he just didn’t know what he was doing computer wise. I was behind the counter putting in my own work order! Not satisfied about that

Turned on heater in the truck, and it smelled like weed. Truck was dirty and had never been cleaned out. Inside the store you could say was the same.

the location disclosed to me that " theyre new to this business" as i proceeded to check myself out of the Uhaul system within the store's computer. Do NOT go to 125 12th street in Canton OH!

I wanted a utility dolly, I paid for one but he didn't give me one before I left and there was not a dolly in the truck, when I returned the truck I told him that I didn't get the dolly he wouldn't refund the money I paid for it.

Truck smelled bad, I was charged for miles I didn't use. It was only a couple but it's the principle of it. Didn't seem real knowledgeable of the business.

I was told one price and was charged double. I even used less miles than I estimated. After some discussion I was eventually charged less than they were going to charge but still more than the original quote.

Thursday is not on a weekend. Do not send people to closed stores. Do not treat customers like they are a inconvenience to Uhaul time.
