back gas cap missing and they didn't even know it and sent us away with a truck without the gas, staff did not know how to properly attach vehicle transport trailer and did not know how to load vehicle with expertise.

These guys don’t know what they’re doing!! Didn’t want me to drop trailer because I didn’t rent it from them. Very strange place!!

Our request was cancelled two days before we were supposed to move across the country because they didn't have the equipment near us. Not okay. Then, they would not deliever this truck to us which was a HUGE inconvenience. So, we had to drive OUT OF STATE, the day before we were supposed to move, to pick up the truck. The truck had tons of dog hair inside the cab and coffee was spilt all over windsheild and inside cab. They accused us of stealing the truck when we picked it up after hours. They agreed to leave it after hours for us and left the keys inside the truck. They didn't provide paperwork and didn't check the truck out to us. When we went to go pick up the trailer at a different location, it looked like we stole the truck in the system. What should have been a quick pick up turned into an hour long ordeal regarding poor service on your end. Very frustrating and uncalled for. On top of all of this we have an extra random charge of $182.23. Again, not okay. I would like to speak to someone over the phone about our awful experience.

Easy to find. The young man a the counter was outside the office as soon as I pulled onto the lot. He had the trailer unhitched before I realized it. First class establishment.
