The staff at this location were fantastic and extremely helpful. They have customer service perfected and the equipment was perfect and functioned perfect as well. Location and ease of maneuvering in the lot made the whole experience the best ever. This location has everything figured out-congratulations and thank you. I’ll be back when I need your products again.

QuarNiya WilliamsThe customer service and location was excellent! The vehicle was clean. But there are real driving control issues that should be addressed; specifically; the front tires (and the wipers) are well beyond replacement. This vehicle would not fair well on snow or heavy rain, an unnecessary risk to you and to future drivers (I speak as a as a former OSHA risk reduction trainer).

Ben StarkeyBrakes sucked and pulled to the right, first time brakes were applied I almost sideswiped the car in the other lane. The inside of both side windows were covered in residue of some sort, and the interior under the seats still had what looked like crumbs from multiple renters. Completely not impressed. I drive commercial vehicles for a living and if this vehicle was inspected it would likely be put out of service on the spot.

Jim RhodesMy original reservation was at a different location. While I did receive a text message about checking that did mention the new location, it was not specifically mentioned that the location had change. So I first went to the expected original reservation location and the staff there took a bit to figure out what had happened. I suggest that if there is any change to a reservation (equipment type, pickup/dropoff location, whatever) that a specific message be sent that clearly states that there was a change, and that such a message be for that purpose only and not also include anything else unrelated to the change. There was some leftover debris (mulch) in the trailer when I picked it up. It was no big deal as I swept it out before I loaded it, but it should not have been stated as "clean" at pickup.

Jessica BusboomThe hubs on the auto transport wheels became uncomfortably hot during driving indicating old grease. Hubs should have been well greased before renting. They didn't have the proper tools to reposition the ball from drop to rise so tongue would not drag under load We were sent down the street to Morris Auto and Truck Services who did the job properly and saved the rental. Morris is a U-Haul location as well but were really professional and a pleasure to work with. Doc's did a poor job of instructing me on proper securing of our car on the trailer. If I hadn't done it before I would not have been able to safely load and secure my car. This is not what is promised in your ads.
Custis DunnThe truck was very dusty/dirty in the cab as well as the back, and the windshield was filthy. It drove very rough. Also, I used some movers recommended on your site, Moving Made Smooth, and they were terrible. I will be writing a bad review for them but wanted you to know as well. I had only a few pieces of furniture and lots of boxes (about a room & and a half worth of stuff) and they were more than three hours late and took from 12:15 pm until almost 8:00 pm to move me into my new apartment (with 45 minutes for travel between Ashland & Lincoln). Please don't recommend them to your customers!
