This review has nothing to do with where I picked up the truck. It has to do with the UHaul app. This new way of picking up the truck and dropping it off is terrible. I spent over a hour trying to get the app to work. Once someone showed up at the business we still couldn’t get the app to work. I think once they fix the app it will save people time but until then don’t do the app way of picking up a rental truck.

Pretty good , mo complains
Frank KI didn’t appreciate that the location of my reservation was changed. I made the reservation a week in advance, yet the pick up/drop off location was changed against my will. This created a time constraint issue during the move in process.
Leslie LTrailer was clean, had new tires, and hookup was fast. Worked great for me.
