Picked up the truck. Place said they opened at 8am. It took a phone call and 30 minutes for someone to show up. Truck was fine but only 1/4 tank of fuel. I drove the truck approximately 20km. I put 9.708 liters of fuel in the truck at 10:23am to get it back up to 1/4 tank, and returned the truck 5 minutes later. About a 2 hour rental and 20 km. I was charged for 122 km…… so instead of a 39 dollar bill I received a 119 dollar bill. Take pictures and note the mileage!!! Don’t trust this business.

Right turn signal did not function on van. Otherwise the location seemed fine. The pick up process on the phone was a bit frustrating. Took nearly 40 minutes.

They were rude even after come late by an hour. And lied someone called in. We had 3 customers waiting for these guys and they were like it happens. Also uhaul gave me quote for 55 cents per km and when i git the bill it was 89 cents. Cheating. I would have gone to home depot or enterprise

It was great ,it made our move easier. I have a problem . I have to pay a parking ticket. We all got dinged that night . We were park at the Osprey Park. We are very sorry. Don't try to rip off the customer and charge for fees that don't apply! Without looking at the truck upon return they tried to charge me gas fees when the truck had the same amount or more brought back in it. Watch your receipt!!!

Place was closed. Called the number and had to wait in excess of 40 minutes for someone to arrive. Not a good experience

Although I opted for the app pick up, there were customers there who waited for over an hour for an associate to come to the office. It was around 3:30pm. My app experience took an hour before I could get in a truck. I arrived at 3:30 and got into a truck at 4:30. It was extremely cold that day and there was a lot of follow up calls and transfers before everything got done. I was very disappointed. The trunk we got was clean but had a very bad smell. Due to the cold, i couldn’t keep the windows open to vent it out. All in all, it wasn’t great at all.

Truck tires on the front were both low of air. Tire sensor low pressure was on. Windshield wiper blade was scraping the windshield, truck interior was utterly filthy. Smelled horrible had empty food carton on passenger floor. Almost empty on fuel

The desk person was very abrupt and rude in all discussions. I was not given any paperwork. The can window was covered in snow. He did not scrape the windshield. Told me to wait till it warms up. Location cluttered and disorganized.

When picking up the truck there was no gas, the tire pressure sensor was on and I had to go fill up the tires with air and the passenger wiper blade the teflon was half peeled off. When returning the truck there were no parking spots left

The location is overcrowded with no room to move personal or rental vehicles and the attendant refused to look at problems with the truck then tried to make me foot the bill for damages that already existed that he refused to look at prior to the rental. 10/10 would not recommend this location

The parking lot is a nightmare my truck was blocked in because the attendant parked 3 trucks in front of it and then left for lunch so I couldn't even have him move the vehicles so I could pull the truck out. Any help from the phone was non existent as the person on the line would only answer in 2 or 3 word responses not giving any form of help in any situation. I have rented a few uhuals in the past but this was without contest the worst experience I have had with uhual

This place is a joke! The guy who answers the phone is rude and unprofessional. The truck was dirty and had a tire that needed air and one of the wiper blades needed to be replaced. After I returned the truck, I called to ask about a discrepancy between what I was billed and the amount on the receipt and was yelled at. The guy then called me 7 times while I was on the phone with Uhaul to accuse me of not paying for moving services and sent a text message calling me a pathetic human. The amount he was referring to had been paid in full on December 3. He obviously has no idea what he is doing and should not be dealing with people at all with his lousy attitude. Will be submitting a complaint to Uhaul about this nasty experience.

I booked an u haul and i picked it up at 9:30 am and dropped it off at 10 :45 am but in my receipt it was showing I dropped it off at 1:30 pm and adding to that they added 150 kilometres extra which charged me 132$ extra , i called the company and they told me they would give me a call after figuring it out but the issue hasn’t resolved yet.

I arrived to pick up the rental at 7am.. the vehicle wasn’t ready for pick up.. I was told the customer service to wait for the store open which was 8am.. The person working there didn’t arrive until 8:15am.. very poor customer service

Not have 20 bags of blankets left in the truck from the previous renter. The entire top shelf of the 26ft truck was not able to be used for my move. Causing another trip/milage. That happen to cost me an additional 75 dollars plus tax. I won't be using Uhaul again, that for sure

This was not the original drop-off location I had selected. I received a notice that uhaul head office had changed it to this one. This location was not convenient for us. I was told “the truck needs to be here to be used by another customer” - but all that did was inconvenience this customer.

The truck rented had a massive cracked windshield. Not impressed that I was given a truck in this condition. It did not give me a feeling of safety.

Had to then go to another spot to pick up trailer told to drop off at same spot as I did, then two days later calls me accusing me of stealing trailer he then looked and saw the trailer…. Not impressed at all please fire nav not professional, lots of other reviews the same for him

It is great to know that they are serving well in the community compared to other services in simcoe county. Highly recommend them. Great service! I was in the queue and I saw they were handling customer very nicely.

The truck was so dented and smashed up that not one panel on the truck was not completely dented in. It was dirty inside, outside and the box liner. Bits of metal pieces were in the box. The windshield was shattered. Not just cracked but shattered. This truck was not at all fit for rental. The agent who checked me in said it was being sent to be totally overhaul after my rental. I sure hope so. Will never rent from that location again. I also had to wait for an hour to pickup the truck as it had not been received in from the previous rent. I have a video of the total outside and inside of the truck when I picked it up, and when I dropped it off, if you want to see what I'm saying. Or call me for more details Tom at 416 725-8684.

Gas tank was not full-just under three quarters Passenger side windshield wiper was scraping the window -some of the metal of the blade was exposed. Check-in could have been smoother-attendant was asking for info I had already submitted prior to the pick-up.If a customer takes the time to submit photos of his driver’s license then the attendant should use that info to complete the application.Presentation of the actual license should only be required to verify the identity of the client.

Truck was filthy, all doors were left unlocked, no damage walk around or damage diagram included, employee seemed not to care about condition. As a renter of a vehicle it is important to me to note all damage to avoid being blamed for someone else's issues. Van floor was filthy not cleaned or even swept.

Truck only have 1/4 tank of fuel trucks brakes were squeaking bad , steering was bad , It was the only 26' at the time , and I needed the truck , it was to late to get another .

First off. My vehicle I reserved wasn’t available when I came to pick it up. They also closed their office early, which involved the owner to drive back to finally give me the vehicle that I reserved. They wasted an hour of our evening. Second, the vehicle was dirty. Lots of belongings were left in the front and the back of the truck. The vehicle even felt like it needed service when driving it. Had a horrible experience with U-Haul to begin with. We went to 3 different places that evening, wasting our time that we had to move. All because they reserved the vehicle that I needed but wasn’t available. Will never, ever deal with U-Haul again.

Very poor at customer relations. He didnt explain anything about rates and times. I paid for a full day and only had use of the truck for 5.5 hours and he was very rude to me on the phone when i asked for explanations.

On arrival to pickup trailer no one was there doors were locked no sign on door we did have a reservation we even call U-HAUL to inform them of our 20 minutes late. We waited for 1 hour then started making phone calls, 5 calls later we call the owner sounded like he was with family at home no problem he said we can do the paperwork on the phone. I hooked up the 6x12 trailer and proceeded to my destination. On my return of the trailer again the door was locked no one there. I called the owner again at home just leave the trailer and go I did as instructed. The parking area is a big pot hole you better have a 4x4 and in need of a car wash.

This location was fine and did nothing wrong, however I had originally reserved a small motorcycle trailer from the Commerce Dr. location. When I arrived to pick up, there was no trailer. The clerk had to phone a UHaul central office to locate a trailer and I was sent to this location. The trailer I ended up with was "fine" but it was not made for a motorcycle and was much larger than what I had specifically reserved. I'm mostly disappointed with the uhaul reservation system and not getting what I had reserved

My original rental was to be from Wasaga Beach. When I went in the morning to pick up the trailer there was a double booking. As a result I was redirected to Barrie. A lot of extra miles for me so very unhappy with the overall experience. The Barrie rental location was good.

Truck had a leak from damage to roof and was filthy when picked it up. Didn’t know of damage to roof when it rained boxes got ruined that had family photos. When we emailed John Mazeral, field manager to inform of the issue we did not even hear a response back when he asked what the damages were. Very disappointing.

Absolutely nothing! Everything was amazing we where running late unfortunately and the owner waited for us and we had no idea he was waiting in the office for us. We felt so bad he was waiting in the heat for us and still waited for us a little longer to make sure we got the truck okay and helped us with everything. Absolutely amazing service all around thank you so much !
