We used 26 miles. 22 of those were getting and returning the truck from another town than the one where we used the truck to move 1 mile down the road.

I was quoted price of $29.95 - Location refused that price!! Still priced and charged wrong. Received 4 different invoices. Just waiting to see what hits the bank now. I will never do business with UHAUL again or that storage unit. I will definitely share this experience with all I know.

The online and phone support was terrible, was on hold for more than hour, not helpful and very frustrating. The online reservation doesn't allow to select a pickup time or select a rental period greater than 24 hrs. Once I got to Houston Run Storage, everything was great and the gentleman onsite very professional.

Houston Run Self Storage was a pleasure to work with. They called me shortly after making my reservation to confirm everything; which was very nice. Really nice to work with. The only issue I have (which is not with Houston Run Self Storage) is that the price of the rental was too high. Obviously, as a customer I'm responsible to fill up the gas tank (which I did), but how a $19.99 rental turns into almost $130 is amazing to me. I selected the hazard insurance but $.99 per mile is too high (particularly since the customer is paying for the gas). Next time I will look for an alternative (i.e. borrowing a trailer). Thank you.

I have rented Uhaul trucks several times in the past...and this was by far the easiest and most enjoyable. Dori was wonderful at Houston Run. She was so nice and really made things easy. Thank you!

This place was hard to find. Personnel on the phone were very helpful, but they had trouble finding it. The address shows at 2 locations on Google. Need some amount of directions to find it
