Customer service skills for this location was horrible. When I first came he told me if I had bought furniture from him I would have been fine. The man Larry yelled at me and my mother. He ripped me off for extra money and hung the phone up on me. I had to contact my bank and put in a Fraud Alert due to his actions. I will never use that location again and I recommend that no else use them.VONNETTA C.
The person who handled my pickup was very condescending. When I tried to handle the pickup process via phone as requested due to your Covid 19 request, comments were made that I found very unwelcoming. I had problems with the hook up process soo I went to ask for assistance he stated â€œThis is a furniture store â€œ. The tow dolly was found to have a bad tire. The process to get help was terrible. Two hours into that process someone finally contacted me and told me it would be an additional 90 minutes before assistance would be able to get to me. Not a good experience!!!RONNIE M.

I have rented a u-haul two other times recently for projects around my house with great success. I have never in my life been treated so poorly like I was yesterday by the man at this location. I walked in the door he asked my name, I told him and he started to scream at me â€œYeah I know exactly who you are!â€ â€œYou never make a reservation online!â€ I stated that I always made a reservation online and I have never had a problem, he then interrupted me and again yelled â€œma'am listen to me I said you always come to me first you do not do this online!â€ He then said I couldn't have the truck because it needed to go out at 4:30pm. There was other trucks on the lot and my reservation ended at 4 so I am not sure why this was a problem, I have never returned a truck late. All that was necessary was a simple reminder to please bring the truck back on time. He finally let me have the keys and unfortunately my 9 year old witnessed the whole thing and ran straight to my husband when we got outside to ask him why was that man being so mean to his mommy. If this were my first experience with U haul I would never rent again but like I said I have had two other great experiences and I know this is not the norm. Please do not allow this man to accept any more online reservations as he does not want them or can not handle them. I will never rent from this location again or patronize his business.Ricardo W.

The dealer kept repeating himself to me as if I was either deaf or stupid and when I returned the truck he was to busy with booking other rentals to check me out after I gave him my information on the vehicle. I don't know if it was the owner or what but the man at the front desk was rude. When I came in he told me I had to wait while he assisted other customers. Ok no problem I don't mind doing that. But as I was standing there waiting while he helped a customer and his wife, he told me â€œI don't like people starting at me so go look aroundâ€. I was in no way starting at this man but I did as requested. I felt it was just a way to get me to look at his furniture and buy because he asked me if I wanted to buy anything. Right after the couple before me left I heard him called the woman stupid. My wife came in because it had been taking a while since I came in. We looked at the truck and it seemed smaller than the 15' that we usually rent more like the size of the 10'. So she told him that â€œit looked kind of small more like a.â€ before she could finished her sentence he cut her off saying â€œIt's a 15'â€ At that point we just hurried up and got out of there. The poor customer service is the reason I will never return.Donnell F.
The owner scammed me out of hundreds of dollars, gave me the truck on a quarter tank and said it was at 3/4's of a tank. His filing process was horrible. He had everything on a torn piece of paper with no electronic book keeping. The back of the truck was filled with trash that I had to throw away. His name is Larry. He also proceeded to verbal assault me about buying furniture when I wasn't wanting any. He scared my wife by talking about racism and China. This was a horrible experience.Nicholas G.

I received my rented truck with just under 1/4 tank of gas. I returned my rented truck with the same amount of gas and was charged $52.67. I have requested a refund multiple times and have not been given a proper refund yet. This is unacceptable.Morgan C.

This man is a nasty, aggressive old man who should not be in business nor represent Uhaul. He has no means of being able to communicate appropriately with a customer. Made my disabled husband park the vehicle offsite (far away) screamed at him and said he's gonna take his whole parking lot out all because we pulled in to his parking area. No one told us to park offsite and we had the 26 ft truck. We were no where goimg to "take out his parking lot" as my husband professionally drives trucks. But he immediately started screaming before we even pulled halfway in. Secondly, he practically refused to give us a return receipt for the rental. Told us, receipts don't happen anymore because of covid. We told him then we're not leaving a $55k truck without proof of the mileage, gas and truck return. He told me then I can stay there all day until he closes. I would never ever buy furniture from this man nor will I ever do uhaul business from him. He is a pure nasty old man!!Paul S.

The representative is rude. He attempted to scold me for being late rather than asking for my ETA. I flew in for one day to remove the final belongings from my parents home who died of COVID-19. The negative energy from him really didn't help with the task I had to complete. He didn't want me to complete a mobile check in though that's what I signed up. Do not overcharge for fuel, maybe get a truck that gets more than 1.5 miles per gallon (based on your charges), and every other expense that you can possibly squeeze a dollar out of. As well as, clean out the truck from the previous customer smh.TROY C.

Upon returning the trailer, the manager of the store showed very poor customer service. I politely asked Mr. Jack if he could remove the trailer from my hitch because I am currently with child. His response, â€œThat is not my responsibility to do that for you, my assistant only did it for you when you picked it up because they wanted to.â€ Definitely would not recommend this place of service!LASHIKA B.

I said personnel was helpful only because he told me where to park but he seemed inpatient when I was backing in. He kept saying â€œcome on come on comeâ€ as I was slowly backing in. He could have been more pleasant. He didn't seem conversational or inviting. Once i parked he said I was done and I walked away.
