This time he help up find the best route to help with cost since we had to drive over 200 miles to pick something up and bring it back instead of waiting and paying shipping. Paul HWe did a self drop off. Didn’t interact with anyone. Just parked and dropped the truck off.
Richard BThe equipment I paid for was not in the truck. Luckily the store was still open and they were able to give it to me but it took an extra 20mins and I was on a time crunch. Also the instructions to get the keys were not clear at all. We had to search around the whole building for the lock box. The online mobile process was horrible as well and took an additional 30mins just to get additional approval/verification in order for the check in instructions to even generate. I had to call twice and wait on hold. Never again

Larry MDidn't sell ball hitch like a full service store. Shabby business. Selling confederate flags. Had to go to full service store for inspection we could trust.

Joshua MClaimed I was going to be charged for drop off at different location even though drop off locations were left open because I didn't know the area I moved too, called the place earlier in the day and was told yes I could bring it there also was charged extra for gas even though it was more gas than when I got it took pictures for proof because this happened the last time I rented a uhaul will not be using uhaul anymore

Lisa BThe service was excellent . There were only two issues, The cap for the brake fluid reservoir was missing on the trailer. The people had put tape over the opening. They had me take a picture with my phone so that I could prove that the cap was missing when I picked up the trailer. I pulled the trailer for two and a half hours non stop. When I arrived at my destination the tape was gone and there was brake fluid all over the back of my truck and the front of the trailer. I paid for 12 blankets and there were only eleven when I loaded the trailer,
JIMMY MItems ordered and paid for were not in truck. Pick up was frustrating and took over an hour

ANTHONY MI had to kick beer cans away from the front of the truck He left a dolly and pads in the truck rolling around.
JOAN CI HAD A 1 WAY TO CLEREMONT WITH 2 DAYS INCLUDED AND RETURNED TRUCK IN 1 DAY BUT DROPPED KEYS IN DROP BOX INSTEAD OF INSIDE (WAS LATE AFTERNOON) THIS WAS A THURSDAY AFTERNOON AND TRUCK WAS NOT CHECKED IN TIL SATURDAY MORNING AND WAS CHARGED AN EXTRA DAY AND WASNT DUE BACK TIL FRIDAY AFTERNOON AND HAD IT BACK THURSDAY AFTERNOON.....BUT THANKS TO THE REP OF UHAUL WHO REVERSED THE CHARGES AND MADE IT RIGHT....U HAUL IS THE BEST WAY TO GO!!!

RONALD BThere was no one at the location to meet me. I called the number and informed the location that I was there at my allotted time and yet no on was there. I informed the location that I dropped my equipment off and there was no damage to the equipment. I had to do all of this to a voicemail.
