Everyone was very friendly, polite, very informative and helpful. It was the best experience I have ever had with U-Haul and I will us them again when I need any U-Haul equipment. I will definitely recommend their office to my friends and anyone who ask.

KAREN K.Horrible experience. Scheduled pickup of 26' truck for 8am. Arrived and couldn't find the truck using the app on my cell phone. Went inside and had to wait almost an hour to get anyone's attention because the manager was watching a video. The video she was watching as of the theft of a truck which was the truck I had rented. They were trying to investigate the theft right then instead of helping me find a truck. By the time someone finally helped me the ONLY truck in a 50 mile radius was about 20 minutes in the opposite direction of where I was going. I had multiple people waiting for me to help load my belongings and by the time I went to the other location for the truck I was 2 1/2 hours late and I was paying 3 people by the hour. I had to end up driving over 50 extra miles because of the location change. But Uhaul would only offer a $50 discount. With the extra miles, extra gas plus paying 3 people for an extra 2 1/2 hours my additional cost was well over $100. Horrible customer service by making me wait for so long and not having an alternate truck at a closer location. When I got to the alternate location is was basically a barn that sold animal food, not a professional moving company. There was only one computer in the entire building and multiple people ahead of me in line so I had to wait almost an hour at this location to even get the truck. I picked up the truck and the oil light was on the entire time while told me the truck was not maintained properly.

When I returned to location front gate was locked with no way in. We tried calling customer service to see if we could take it to another location but no one answered. We ended up leaving trailer just outside gate in grass along road.
