Everything was excellent in every way. Received great customer service for Jonathan at Devon Storage. I will always rent from this location.

Raymond LAfter walking 2 miles to pick up the truck, I was Not expecting to get there on time and deal with having to stand in the hot sun and provide more information After completely booking my reservation the day before and was told I only needed my phone to get access to the Truck, but then had to provide an additional contact person and wait until Uhaul could contact them when they were not expecting to be be contacted!!! And THEN, when finally approved again, I was NOT Provided the combination to the LOCK on the back of the truck!!! Called and went through 3 people to get to tech support who gave me wrong combination before hanging up on me and NOT calling me back. Had to call AGAIN and start ALL OVER, waiting on hold forever going through more people to find help until finally Jennifer gave me the correct combination. After standing in a hot parking lot for over 1 1/2 hours fighting with this, I then missed my time window to pick up my things I needed the truck for and couldn't get everything done As my original return time didn't change. U-Haul has NO interest in compensating me for my trouble or really any concern for how bad they screwed up. Just the way they do business. Use a different company!!!
Shawn HI mistakenly overpaid by $70 for gas and Uhaul would not consider issuing a courtesy credit towards a future Uhaul purchase. This company is not service oriented nor cares to retain good customers.
IRENE KI had to leave some family heirlooms due to having to take a 10' truck instead of a 15' truck. The 15' had a big gash in the tire that wouldn't have made it cross country.
Kristopher TU-Haul should stop dealing with this location . People at this location say that they don't work for U-Haul. They keep say they work only for the person who own the storage. I am so surprised how come a huge corporation as U-Haul have that type of representative people who don't have tendency to work . These people who lock the door and hide from customers within the work hours. I had two bad experiences with two different ladays at that location within less than 24 hours. One rdeal was on 02/26/20. The lady who helped me renting the 15 feet U-Haul car or truck indicted that the gas was half tank. When I went to the car I found out that the ga was 3/8 tank. I went back to the office to inform the lady but she was locking the office. It was around 5:00 pm. The office closes at 6:00 !! The other ordeal was on 02/27/20 at round 2:15 pm. The lady asked me to just leave the ke without doing the adjustment for the gas and the mileage. She was super roud at me and threatened me that she was going to call the cups on me. She kept speaking in a very proud way even while the U-Haul customer service represetative was listening to the conversation. She neve cared about the U-Haul business!!!!!!
