Woote P.The truck was old (it had hand-cranked windows, manual door locks, etc.) but it was in good condition. I do think the price (79 cents a mile, plus I had to bring it back full of gas) was pretty steep. No other complaints.

Tesfay M.Location was changed last minute, the lady in Indiana was very helpful though. Paid for a half pack of furniture pads and they werent there...had to go ask for some and only received three.
Krystle R.As this location is a 24-hour gas station, pickup & drop-off was easy. Equipment was just OK. Fairly clean. Engine seemed to rev higher than I thought it should. I've rented more than a few of these and I don't remember them revving this much for this size chassis.

Tesfay M.Keep me Waiting for almost 30 mins to attend me just because Hes by himself in cashier. I came first and he still served them first due to they are gas station.
Mark R.We needed a vehicle and were in a jam. The good part was that they are open 24 hours. But, both vehicle doors did not close properly. The transmission is going out in this vehicle, I could feel that.
Mario G.Very smooth process, and was able to pick up my vehicle early, which helped my trip timing. Recommend call the location before coming in, confirm the reservation is expected, and ask if an early pick-up is possible (location is also a 24-hr gas station). I did have dolly and pads at this location, but was not able to purchase other packing supplies here--I would have had to go to another location, and I didn't have that much time.

Matt W.The 10ft van/truck I rented should be taken out of service. The driver side door does not shut all the way. It's just old in general, but specifically it has an extremely rough suspension, and the box exterior is scratched and torn up on both sides. Pretty shabby product.
