Michael CIf the inside area of a truck was more clear will be A+. And I wish no dash lights in a future in a truck. ( like as tire pressure , etc. )other than that very fun and nice experience. Always like to take an U-haul for moving staff! Recommended.
Nazar ZI cleaned the dash and inside including the vacumed the van. Washed the front window so you can see out of it. Good running van on the road.

David SI RESERVED a U-haul in my area only to be moved to a U-haul location 15 miles away from where I actually needed to pick up and drop off. The pick up location was changed an hour and a half before I needed to go pick it up and it was an hour drive which I hadn’t planned on making. Why are there reservations for the u-haul trucks if you’re not going to honor that reservation at the location that I chose? I also had to eat the cost of the extra mileage on the truck that I didn’t plan on making.

Genevieve CI was charged for 185 miles even though I only drove 40. I was severely overcharged, the van was covered in ice and snow. When returning the vehicle I put less than 6 dollars in gas in to get back to full.

KYLE GThe representative was rude and not attentive. Had an initial problem with the truck, seeked help from store, and was told by guy working the counter that he cant help and doesn’t work for uhaul.

Katsunori II had a wonderful experience UNTIL dropoff. Ace Hardware employees kept trying to charge me more than I was quoted. Both employees were rude and unprofessional. When I questioned the final amount they kept saying we don't work for Uhaul. They would not investigate why my final bill was nearly $50 over. As for the Uhaul area manager, he didn't even bother to answer his phone. It turned out I was charged for 8 gallons of gas even though the truck was returned .with the correct amount. Do not rent from this location unless you want to spend two hours on the phone with Uhaul to get your money back. By the way, the Ace employee with long hair was especially rude and condescending.. Do yourself a favor and stay away. .
