This is a small convenience market with no idea how to ruun the U-Haul side of things. The wifi they use to do business is always failing and the employees struggle with English as they call fro customer support- leaving YOU to talk to the CS specialist on the other end.Robert S.
I was charged for 2 days on my rental after returning it in as good of condition as it was when I left with it. Left over candy in the glove box was disgusting. I also had them waffle with me on whether or not they had a rental available. This was a shit show on their part and the first bad experience I've ever had renting with Uhaul. The lady at the u haul authorized pickup did not know how to run the u haul system computer program. She could not get my driver's license even thought I had correctly uploaded it twice. I finally had to all the 1800UHAUL and the lady on the phone did have my DL and after another 45 min was able to talk the girl at the pick up center through the process. took over 1.5 hrsHollis T.
Upon arrival to this location I had to wait an hour for the U-Haul representative to process the reservation I had placed days prior. The representative had to call a one 800 number to receive assistance and finishing my order. Eventually my friend and I had to go behind the counter and assist this representative with finishing the order on a laptop. Then as I was shown the truck, we discovered that the dolly and furniture And furniture pads I ordered we're not with the truck. We then had to go back and adjust the order so I was not overcharged for some thing I did not even get. Afterwards we had to go to a different U-Haul location just to get the items that were missingâ€¦ That were originally a part of my order. I was told several times by the U-Haul representative on the phone who helped us process the order that he was going to give us a discount for the inconveniences and I do not see where that was applied at all.JORDAN R.

The truck had old coke cans in it. The girl at the front desk didn't even come outside and record the miles nor did she give me a written contract. The gas gauge wasn't even recorded, I had someone from uhaul call me to ask if I had the truck because the girl didn't even dispatch it. They thought the truck was still at the uhaul location when in fact I had possession of it. Don't go here. I like uhaul as a company but this location is horrible.Chad L.

All I know is that between michael,decota and Adrian at the cape girardeau,mo Uhaul station they were all amazing ama helped me with everything and answered all questions I had and to top it off they had free masks right there when you walk in the door,I definitely will go back to either spot.SHAWN B.
No. But I will never go back to u haul on south Kingshighway. The worse service and person I ever seen in the retail business lazy lazy and bad employee. That is the main locationCharles H.

The vehicle was not parked in the spot that was noted when I went to pick up the vehicle. The key box lock was not locked- anyone could have taken the key and the truck had they seen the lock was not secure. The interior of the truck was covered in mud. This should have been addressed by the previous renter. The outside of the vehicle was very dirty as well.Jacob B.

Poor kid didn't know what he was doing. This is a quick stop shop and was contantly interupted checking customers out. He was by himself. No one was answering his calls for help and after about 45 minutes, he gave up and just gave me the keys. Felt weird driving off with no contract in hand. Thank goodness, I didn't get pulled over while driving it because I had no proof of renting it!Debra B.
Convenient for college students. Hard to realize the storefront is a Uhaul dealer from the street. I missed it several times before noticing it.David T.

Mobile pick up didn't work. Then their computer system was down. Only one person working and he couldn't come out to do a walk around. It wasn't necessarily the fault of the worker but was very disappointed in the process. If mobile pick up would ha e worked it would have been much better.Brandon B.
Had to wait almost 30 minutes for someone to bring key & do check list. 5:00 was pick up time. Arrived at 4:55 and pulled out at 5:30. Young lady appeared to not be trained on the computer check in system. Communication very difficult due to heavy accent.steve L.
