I rented a "trolly" for big furnitures, but i could not use it cause it had no plastic straps to go up the stairs it would scratch the strairs going up so we did all by hand, i paid $10 for nothing, ill see if ill , revieu on social media for yoyr location, if i dont get my $10 back.
But the service was great

the fee for the km is more than outrageous, overall for a one and a half day rental, it costed 610$ plus 180$ in gaz. I was never ever mentioned that the km would be at a rate of 0.89$, everywhere it is around 0.24$. Crooks, that's what they are!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Start by cleaning your trucks, they are filthy this is the second time I rented from this location and it was disgustingly dirty.

The employee saw I had a full tank of gas upon returned and still charged me 20.80$ . I refused to pay , as I received the truck with the same amount of gas as I returned it with . Which was Full . Bad experience . I will contact MasterCard to dispute this , If they try and charge my card .
