Dépanneur Laurier Harnois est ma place de choix pour une location U-Haul. C'est un peu plus loin que les autres concessions, mais ça vaut le déplacement parce qu'il offre un excellent service. Quant à U-Haul, seul commentaire négatif concerne le site internet de l'entreprise, pas très convivial en français et qui revient constamment en anglais lorsque qu'on change de page.

Excellent service chez U-Haul ! Le personnel du centre du chemin Laurier à Terrebonne est sympathique, professionnel et très serviable. L’entreposage à Boisbriand est impeccable et le site internet est simple et facile à utiliser. Je recommande fortement U-Haul !

The person that served me (Hill) was very plessant and efficient starting with my phone call to reserve, to the pick-up activity to the final closure of the transaction by explaining every detail of cost and what is my responsibility. The truck in question requires some attention though in the general cleanliness of the cab area. I did not mention this concern to Hill but I did mention about the ride quality being a bit bouncy especially on our famous road conditions. I have had better U-Haul trucks in the past with a smoother ride. Other than these to issues I found the consumption fair for a truck this size.

The trailer’s floor was full of oil that was brushed to avoid cleaning

The service was good, but my main concern was the cleanliness of the vehicule. It's one thing to have a layer of dust in the driver's cabin, but there was a big stain of oil in the middle of the loading section - like unavoidable. I had to lay a big blanket to avoid damaging my items with oil.

Juste que a l intérieur de la boite il avait une fuite d eau quand il pleuvais il doit avoir une fisure dans le toit du camion car j ai des boites qui étaient mouillées a cause de l infiltration d eau dans la boite.

Le camion était disponible à l’heure convenue rien à redire tout était parfait .Un merci au propriétaire qui m’a expliqué les détails de la transaction. Il faut dire que c’était la première fois que fois que je louais un camion merci encore.

Le camion est arrivé avec 20 minutes de retard. Pas beaucoup d'information. Le camion était propre sans plus. La roue arrière droite un problème de frein, que j'ai rapporté au retour.
