Truck alignement was poor. Loose direction. Dealed with a employee name Gustav: was arrogant and rude. Poor service/maintenance. Went to meet the owner of depanneur Baktar on Sunday April 7th to share my experience with Gustav. She was understanding the situation, but there is not much she can do.

I have nothing to add. Service was very good and the rental location had the vehicle i needed. The cashier was very polite and knowledgeable.

The truck wasn’t ready for me, none of the supplemental rentals were inside. It was parked in a lot congested with other trucks and hard to pull out. The first truck they gave me wouldn’t start and when they switched the key acknowledged there was a problem with the first truck. The second truck was parked so tight I couldn’t get it out without moving the mirrors. My Dollies were missing and when I called to report it the agent made sure they weren’t on the bill but offered me no apologies solutions or compensation.

Mauvaise expérience malheureusement...La première remorque avait une crevaison et la seconde manquait la pin de blocage de sécurité, perdu plus d'une heure de mon temps et dû arrêter m'acheter une pin au canadian tire... mais sinon le service était courtois

Prix non respecté à 0.89$ le km, il y avait pleins de déchets dans le camion. J’avais loué un 10 pieds cube à Valleyfield mais il ne l’avait pas donc j’ai du louer un 20 pieds cube qui était plus cher. Plus jamais je ne louerai chez U-Haul. Je loue souvent des véhicules, vous venez de perdre un futur client qui loue en moyenne 4 fois par mois 😡

I booked a truck 10 minutes from my house yet had to drive 40 minutes to another location to pick up. Counter staff was slow and did not have the 12 moving blankets that I booked. Truck was dirty inside and smell like drugs were smoked in it

Be sure that all equipment is well maintained and ready for use. I don't know if I'd recommend this service. I waited an hour for a car trailer that was in the back lot the whole time. Customers should be given a discount for this kinda things considering I was late for a car drop off and wasted my own time and gas waiting around since the weather wasn't very nice.

We rented an auto transport and there were movable portions of the unit that were unwelded and unaligned. I had to secure the items with bolts and nuts and duck tape!!

plus jamais je ne veux vivre un tel expérience je remet le camion avec plus de gaz que lors de la prise de possession et on me charge du gaz en plus ce n'est pas la faute du détaillant mais de uhaul directement

I had a short distance to go and a notitiable squeeling sound was audible. I stop and check wheels and one wheel bearing was very very loose but i was arriving at location in short distance so i parked trailer and advise rental sales man. But cant do nothing about it

Usaly i have a good service at uhaul on laroque street. This time, i didn't have the truck i reserved. They gave it to someone else. The truck they gave me was not in good condition. I lost a hour and half, because they had to check the truck, the check engin was on and the pressure of the tire was on, the winsheild was broke and they didn't clean the truck before i came in at 10h10. They did all of it on my time. They open at 8h. I finaly had my truck at 11h38. I made a reservation for 4h hourra. Day didn't ajust my time or gave me a discount. Next time, I'm not reserving uhaul.

Had a broken mirror on passenger side. Received truck almost empty of gas. We put in 140$. Returned truck with more that 1/2 a tank. We should get the truck full and refuel to full on return, hence paying only for the gas we use. I deserve a credit for the extra gas as I can’t remove it. Lastly there was no ramp so appliances had to be lifted up high to put in truck causing an increased risk of getting hurt.

They charged me an extra 254 because they said it was a wrong drop off but I specifically put drop off in valleyfield when I first made this reservation. I'm disputing the charges with my bank. This is horrible, impossible that I'm paying almost 500 dollars for this move.

C'est trop chère on me dit 35$ et c'est plus tot 150$ avec frais caché. Je n'ai pas le gout de louer encore. Je sais que vous aussi vous devez faire de l'argent mais il faut le dir avant comme ça on n'a pas de surprises.

Três décue !! Je réserve à un endroit et la veille vous me référez à une autre ville pour prendre le camion. tarif est dispendieux finalement avec le km.

J’ai été charger pour 45$ pour de l’essence alors que j’ai fait seulement 4 miles avec le camion, je l’ai reçu au 3/4 de gaz et je l’ai rapporté au 3/4 de gaz et ils m’ont tout de même charger!

Un problene nous avons louer un diable pour frigidaire et aucun de se équipement. Je trouve pas drôle nous avons chercher un autre endroit pour location. S.v.p. respecter la commande ou nous dire que vous avez pas cette équipement….mauvais service a ce sujet.

I reserved a 20' truck almost a month in advance less than 5km to where I was moving and 2 days before they told me I would have to go much further to pick it up on that date. Once I got there l, they told me they didn't have any 20' truck and left me with a 15' truck, therefore I had to do 2 trips instead of 1 and was charged for the extra mileage and had to pay for the extra gas as well. I was so in a hurry to finish everything I barely had the time to move and bring the truck in time for the next person to have it or face additional charges because of the delay. I also rented a dozen of moving blankets and once I got there, there were only 6 available, and they were what you can barely call a moving blanket. The box was full of scraps and wood pieces as well but we didn't have time to clean before packing. Overall it was one of the worse experience we had with U-Haul and there weren't any way in which we could get accomodate. I would not recommend the service to anyone I know.

The truck did not seem well maintained and safe to drive. Even though the employee told us it is inspected, it did not drive well, brakes need to be changed, it slides all over the road. Very dangerous.

Had to find the vehicle in the yard. 1 inch of ice on the front windshield. No scraper in the van. The amount of gaz needed to redeem the vehicule is in US gallons, in Canada, it should be in liters.

Je suis EXTRÊMEMENT déçu de ne pas avoir eu mes couverture qu’il y avait pas dans le camion et la place de location en avait pas non plus, bref très décevant

Juste nettoyage car mettre un matelas sur saleté, poussière etc,,, tu ne voudras pas mettre ton lit sur klks chose de sale au moins un ballet
