The staff at this location were very responsive and helpful. Unfortunately my furniture was not packed well by my moving help at my original location resulting in severe damage as furniture pieces rubbed against each other in transit (very few of the packing blankets were used). I also believe that my moving help in Delaware stole the U-Haul packing blankets that were in the boxes. The communication with my movers was awful and they denied causing additional damage to my furniture when I literally heard the scraping sounds. I felt pressured to give the payment code before I knew the boxes and blankets were returned. I don't think I can recommend the U-box + Moving Help services to anyone. I will not be using them again. I feel violated on so many levels of this experience.

It was a nice experience with u-haul staff from the time we started inquiring the u-box service in U-haul at 10th Ave in Great Falls, MT to having it delivered to our final destination here in our rented townhome in Delaware. U-haul kept us informed via e-mail, text, and calls. Our u-box arrived on time and our things intact and all accounted for.

Dropping off was the worst experience I have ever had. It was awful and I now understand why people have Uhaul horror stories. I was sent to 3 different locations from individuals on the phone. While on the phone I was transfered 15 times in 40 min. What a terrible terrible experience

Great business but the tow dolly I received had a broken driver side light ( the wires were shredded) and the ratchet straps were stuck to the point that I had to use a car and chain to loosen them. I also had to have the light re-wired to be able to make my trip legally.

The guy treated me like dirt for not knowing how to hook up a Uhaul trailer. What was ironic was that when I got to my destination, the Uhaul guys on the other end were like “who hooked this up?” because it was done so poorly.

Cellular phone service extermely limited - using U-haul app. slow. Business could provide credentials for wi-fi quest usage. Had to leave area for service and return multiple times during each stage of application self dispatching. Dash indicated veh needed service for oil - fearful would break down. veh smelled like cigarettes and dirty.

Unfortunately I didn't have good internet service in this area and had trouble confirming pick up. We called uhaul and the customer service rep was excellent and helped tremendously! She even had trouble on her end and had to keep entering and refreshing info but eventually we were able to leave with our truck ! 5 STARS!!

My location was moved from a location that I specifically chose because it was going to be open to this location which was closed. Since this location was closed I had to call UHaul to get them to change my pick up to the remote option. This location was on a dark street and I was concerned that I would not have a good enough wireless signal to be able to get the truck, due to poor reception in this area. The remote pick up process was long, we were not able to take the truck until an hour after our reservation was scheduled for which put us behind schedule. Very disappointing experience!

No hidden charges. I was 1 hour late returning the van. I was charged for the day. I would have kept the vehicle and used it for the additional day if I knew I was going to be charged.

Very frustrating. I tried to return on a Sunday when the location is closed. I could not return it online because the site couldn't verify my location. I tried calling the 1-800 number but was on hold for 30 minutes and never got to talk to anyone. I ended up just leaving the trailer on the street because the yard gates were locked and hoping it would be OK. Very frustrating!

The operative at the desk was rude, abusive, hostile, and he refused to answer basic questions about trailer setup and operation. I have never experienced a more antagonistic retail employee. He seemed unaware of basic rules of respectful human interaction. It was like being in a room with someone who thought speaking to me was beneath him. I was seriously disheartened to find him wearing a UHaul uniform, as I'd always considered their customer service to be first class. I found the whole experience to be horrible. I have never seen a grown man behave worse.

The agent at this location is very ignorant and hard to deal with. He will argue with you about everything instead of getting on his knees and looking at the rating sticker on my Uhaul receiver also installed by Uhaul. That all 1.25” receivers are created equal and rated at 1500lb regardless of the sticker saying it's rated for 3500lb. Then in the middle of taking care of my reservation he takes off to take care of his personal tool rental customer rather than finishing up with his Uhaul customer first. He does not know what he's doing he is unwilling to look at the stickers on the receiver hitch he thinks he knows better than the manufacturer of the Uhaul receivers no matter what the sticker on the U-Haul receiver says it's rated for I rent from U-Haul 2 to 3 times a week and this is the first time I've ever just wanted to walk out without the trailer and would have if I didn't already have everybody lined up for making the move. I would not recommend this location for anything.

the on line process was very timely, the customer service line did not pick up, a more easier process should be put in place, we were actually assisted by another couple trying to process as well.

This was a terrible experience. It took us over an hour to do the no contact check in. We called uhaul and we're hung up on intentionally when we asked for help, after the person complained they were busy. We paid for an hour of time we didn't even have free uhaul, and it made us late for the rest of the day. The other customers were all having issues and getting frustrated as well. I would never recommend this service or use it again. It was very unprofessional.

When I booked the truck for a 4 hour window, they immediately called me and said I would have to return the truck earlier than the 4 hour expiration. They said that they had booked another rental before the 4 hours were up. They offered no discount or solution. I'm giving them 5 stars because when I arrived at the location they offered me a better deal. These companies that contract through uhaul should not allow for an overlap in bookings.

Customer service was horrendous, due to a complication I was not able to meet the drop off deadline. I called and explained this to the store representative was rude, I explained I will get it there ASAP, and gave a time that was 2 hours post deadline. During drop off I asked if I needed to sign anything and the store representative refused to answer, and just kept repeating “leave keys on counter”. Will never use this location again.
