The store manager Ms. Dee was very helpful and polite. She got my contact done very quickly and also helped get the trailer hitched and hooked up properly. The rental price was great and I will be using this location again in the future.

Siscro GPlace a sign on the building that instructs the client to the location of the drop box. THe drop box is on a light pole away from the building.
Sybil PPOst an after hours sign regarding the location of the drop box. At night, I could not find it. The next morning, I called the owner and she said the drop box was on an exterior light pole. If a sign or placard was near the door, it would be most helpful
SYBIL PThe drop off that I was given on the paper isn’t even a uhaul person anymore, so I had to find another one in town at 9 pm to drop the truck off. I feel like I shouldn’t have been charged 3 days when I returned the truck on Sunday and picked it up on Friday afternoon

Sudie MLady in lake village said she did not need another car dolly there wanted me to take to Mississippi and I said no that was 130 mile round trip out my way and haul was not buying gas anyway my contract said drop in lake village Arkansas so after she closed I went and dropped it off at her front door

Jorganne MNeed more open trailers cause I had to have a 6x12 open trailer, cause I bought some wedding equipment from the wedding I attended, and I had to get it back home in hernando Mississippi, she rented me an enclosed 6x12 but it wouldn't do for what I had bought, I needed a 6x12 open trailer, so I looked around and saw she had a 6x12 open but she said she don't rent it out usually, but she told me she would rent it to me if I would bring it back there when I got my stuff home, so I was in a bind so I told her okay, and I live 3 hours one way to my home but I am a man of my word so I had no choice but to return it back to lake village Arkansas, when I got it unloaded in hernando Mississippi. So after 9 hours of travel I finally got home . THANK YOU
CHRIS AWhen you say it is a twenty foot truck you need to let the customers know that they are only getting a 16 foot truck. The attic should not be counted as floor space. Also there isn’t 4 ft to be counted there either. I needed a 20 foot trailer and rented a 20 foot trailer but it only had 16 ft floor space. I had to leave some things in Arkansas. This ain’t right .

Anthony LDees done a very good job for me. However the same can't be said for the U Haul customer service which dropped the ball in the first place. I will never use Uhaul customer service again. I will have to do business elsewhere.
