I booked the truck a month in advance I called back to switch the move date before I told them they said that the truck got switched to another location when someone turned there truck in. The second location I came to find the place a week early and find out what to do because I never rented a truck before on the day of the move my location of picking up the truck switched again when someone turned in a truck then had to find the new location on the day of the move when I got over there he had to take everything and do it over when I booked the first one a month in advance. I had to be out of my apartment that day before the office people left and almost missed them. I didn't suppose to be running around and waiting around it was suppose to had been quicker so I could get the key and start getting things out my place by a certain time. When turning it in I was called by newbern nc she said that I was supposed to had turned it in there but it had been scheduled in vanceboro nc for drop off. Called and got that straight But mileage they said went over when me and a manager her name is emerald she told me to call her if I have any problems on move day basically I called but thr number seem fake. She scheduled my mileage from goldsboro to vanceboro nc that part was right then the day of they said I should have dropped the truck off in new bern nc also we went over mileage she said she gave me the estimate for 80 miles but they deducted from my card for mileage that went over. My move day was stressful because of these things.

Personnel were either distracted or unhappy and not very responsive. However, they did make the rental of a trailer a fairly easy process. Maybe they were having a bad day.
