Easy rental and return.
Kenny UNothing. It was top tier service from the personnel down to the rental equipment! I only use U-Haul when I have a need for rental moving equipment and have never been let down.

LIZZIE SI replaced the gas in the 26 ft truck. I received notification that I had been billed for 2 gallons of gas. Which did not make sense. Why would I replace all the gas but two gallons. I called to speak to the manager, but the person was not available. I did not receive a call back either. I will not use there services again.
KEITHA BWe were unable to use equipment due to a frayed tire strap. The strap was clamped down during the walk around and we did not notice it was frayed and unusable until we attempted to secure the vehicle. I have contacted the owner At Deans tire & service as well as Chris, the SE regional UhAul manager. I have been unable to get any response regarding a refund for my $67.99 for the unusable equipment. When I spoke with Dean he stated he was aware and equipment was now out of service awaiting repair. Can someone from UhAul please contact me to discuss refund.

Robert BThe vehicle was not too dirty overall; however, it did not feel, look, or smell clean in the cabin. in comparison, this store's locations was clean and in an okay location. Mr. Dean was very helpful.
Jordan PI inquired about whether I could return the truck to a different location, and the dealer did not see any issue with it. I was then charged $250 for "wrong return location". A far warning about that would have been nice.

Diana FGot My Rental With Broken Tire Rods And The Whoke Front End Bent Or Broken .Me & My Family Was Put In Danger It Was Not Safe . My Experience Was Not So Pleasant . Make Sure When You Book You Actually Call The Location YOURSELF Since The Reps Wont Follow Protocol & Do It For You(AS THEY SHOULD) Every One Doesn't Throughly Inspect The Vehicles . I Can Say That Was Not The End Only The Beginning But U-Haul Did Send Me My Refund Back For ALL Of The Trouble ..

Willie WThe truck was dirty and smelled of cigarettes and it wasn't ready when I got there. I had to maneuver it through other trucks to get it out. I feel like I'm suppose to get the 50 dollars that's guaranteed if your trucks not ready because my truck was not ready at all!!

JIMMY Splace is even closed on a Saturday of all days, the equipment i rented was not in the truck, back of truck was filthy, had to use a lock box that we could barely get unlocked because it was so rusted, never again

SANDRA TMake sure that the dealer inspects the trucks. Don't try to add additional mileage than what is actually used. I got robbed on this deal but I won't ever use this company or Uhaul again.
Chester CDon't rent from this location!!! He over charges!! Told us price went up double the amount. You do all transactions over the phone. You need to find out how much before giving credit cardinformation!!! He does not offer price you should ask before giving credit card info!!!
milton cI don't understand why I got a bill for 298.00 when I pd 68.00 for the first day and 65.00 for an extra day and it was turn in clean and had the same amount of gas as when I got it? 2hrs after it was turned in ???
Kelly PLike Carlos with my pickup process, Dean was well able to handle the drop-off process in the most professional manner.

Hugo MThe truck was not clean on the inside or out. Previous person who rented it did not clean it up or clean it out. I rent a dolly and it was not with the truck and had to fuss with the drop off location
Micheal MHave more available trucks (5*10)'s, on each site. Those 10*15's are a little harder to handle in some places.
Tabitha NI was told gas was below required level (1/4 tank) although I had put in gas 10 minutes prior to returning. There's no way I burned that much gas by driving 5 miles.
Millicent GI reserved a 15' truck. That truck was not returned on time. I was given a 26' truck. I reserved a furniture dolly. It was not returned also. I was given a discounted price on equipment. Your company should fine the individual $100 for being late and the $100 given to the person who was inconvenienced. This would be excellent public relations. I need another rental truck in two weeks but I'll rent from another. U-Haul will not be rewarded by me for a lousy job. $100 would have made me feel better.
Roger SThese guys are just super helpful and friendly. When he found out our moving plans he offered to let me leave the tow dolly there until the truck was loaded. This was so helpful. And then he came out and helped me load the car properly. This just left me feeling so thankful that someone still knows what service is. Thank you Dean

Thomas RI called Deans Tire and Service Center 10 days before the pick up date. I was assured that I could pick up the truck at 8 am at their desk when they open. I arrived on the pick up date at 7:58 am and waited until 8:15. I FINALLY noticed a small sign attached near the top of their door that said they would be closed through the weekend. I had workers waiting to load the truck. $$$ I eventually spoke with someone at U-Haul and they told me that I could pick up the truck online. The website was somewhat convoluted and kept sending me in a circle. I'm not a computer whiz, but I do know how to navigate most websites. I called again and spoke with someone named Sherry. She was very patient and very helpful. Somehow a bogus address had been entered as my email address. She corrected it, and the pick up process finished quickly. I was not dissatisfied with the service and response I received from U-Haul. Once again, your representative, Sherry, was very helpful. She could sense my frustration, and worked very hard to resolve the matter. I do feel that Dean's Tire and Service Center was unprofessional in not informing me that they would be closed and that I could still pick up online. Had they done so, I could have completed the necessary steps for pick up ahead of time and saved valuable time and money. I would not recommend them as a U-Haul dealer to others.

Terry KThis location was fine but I only arrived here after searching for the original drop off in Mt. Vernon only to discover that it no longer exists! I wasted over and hour searching and trying to get an agent on the phone to assist. Wait time was TOO long.
