The U-Haul representative being in the store to check people in when your appointment time rolls around would be nice. Instead I had to wait an extra 30 minutes to start my paperwork because no one knew where he was, and eventually I had to go walking around the back of the store to find the guy.

We had to go two different locations the day of pick up to get our truck. At the first location the man from uhaul had gone to a doctors appointment. At the second location in another town the man had gone to a therapy appointment. We were late getting started and very frustrated because nobody at either location had a clue as to what was going on.

Truck had check transmission and gas cap maintenance lights on for the whole trip. Truck was clean. No issues on the trip, but check engine lights make the driver nervous on a 6 hour trip.

I reserved a UHaul truck online, and went to pick it up the next day, and found out that UHAUL did not have the truck for me. Because of this I had to change my moving time and find a truck from a different company. UHAUL, if you do not have a truck for me, you should notify your customer before he comes to pick it up.

There should be a separate entrance for uhaul, office very, very cluttered. But otherwise, the dealer was very friendly and knowledgable. I would use this location again if the need arose.

My reservation was for a 26' uhaul out of Bridgeport; somehow, they made this for Phoenix, AZ instead. The only thing available was 20' uhaul in Lost Creek. Now I have to make multiple trips to get all my stuff.

While the Lost Creek Location was great, I had to travel an additional 40 miles to pick up a trailer that could have been available 5 miles from my home. r added additional time and gas to our relocation from WV to GA. The people at Lost Creek were fantastic and helpful.

Original pickup was in Clarksburg, no one there, had to call back and find another location with the trailer. All in all, I got the job complete, but the communication with uhaul was not the best.

Don't tell someone you have a truck at one place and then we get there and we have to drive 30 freaking miles out of our way. You think you would try to change things there at Uhaul because everywhere we go to rent one the people who we rent off always say that Uhaul is a horrible company and that its more hassel than what its worth. I would have to agree!

Owner was helpful, but we needed an electrical adaptor and they did not have any. He directed me to a nearby Uhaul office that could supply them. I had also requested 12 pads, but they only had 6. The other Uhaul office sold me the adaptor I needed and gave me the other 6 pads.

I was overcharged on drop off, I did have the rental for two extra days $40 charges so $80 was what I was expected to be charged....but I was billed a total of $199.20. I am unsure what I am being charged for as I returned a clean vehicle and filled up the gas. My overall feeling is that I was ripped off coming and going on this rental. I will be contacting the better business bureau if I do not hear back from you soon with a better solution.

I get car dolly reservation online, but no one present on site on time. Tail light not working. Tow to another location myself and wait while personal fix it. Spent 2 hours. Get no discount any kind (even apology) for inconvenience.

The location of trailers were confusing compared to the location of the service office. Around the corner in an adjacent building. I had to call the office from the trailer parking lot to find out where it was located so I could obtain a reciept. The representative was very helpful and polite once I located the office.

Denny, the owner of the location that I rented from, should not do rentals. The first time I rented a truck from him, he messed up the mileage. This time he messed up the mileage and the # of days. He gave me a one day rental in stead of two and didn't tell me. I noticed the mistake, but when I called the drop off place on Sunday, they were closed. I was not told about the drop box for after hours drop offs. I had to spend about an hour on the phone with U-Haul to get it lined out. Then when I returned it to J&J Auto, the woman I had to deal with (the owners wife) was a complete and total sour bitch. This is my last damn rental from U-Haul. I'm renting a truck in two days, but I'm going with someone else. I don't even care if it costs more. If all that U-Haul can find to be agents are moron's and complete bitches, then I don't need U-Haul. You just lost a repeat customer. I'd been using U-Haul to move the stuff from my brother-in-law's estate (which I need a truck for Saturday). That would have been three rentals in about five months. Do most people rent that often? I'm also moving shortly which would probably involve at least a couple rentals. No more. I'll no longer piss away my hard earned money away on U-Haul. I'm tired of getting ripped off and treated like shit. When I rented the truck, Denny was on the phone for the entire process talking about some truck that his brother owns. Boy, now that's quality service. When I returned the truck, the bitch had a shitty response every time I asked a question. I'll be sure to tell all my pals on the Internet and locally about what shitty service U-Haul has. The folks that run U-Haul need to study up on customer service and not let every Tom, Dick and Harry that wants to have a U-Haul rental business have one. I'll spend my money where I can get good service from now on, and that isn't with U-Haul. By the way, the inside of the truck was filthy when I got it.
