The a/c did not work, and they were supposed to refund the dolly I forgot and I could not get ahold of them for 2 days to find out if they refunded it, don't caused my checkout to take way longer than normal. I knowni got refunded by U-haul, no thanks to this company who never answers their phone.

The on line site for "Return my Truck" was down. I spent an hour trying to complete this task at drop-off location and it never worked. Spent another 30 minutes on the phone with UHaul returning truck via phone. NOT fun after I spent the whole day moving. Thank you🙂

Everything went as I would have expected. Made an on line reservation. Followed up with a phone call to the local facility to ensure availability. At pick up and return things went smoothly.

The business was cluttered and dirty when I picked up the trailer the turn signal didn't work but the attendant said everything was okay he was too busy to fix it, I had to have the trailer or I would have gone somewhere else

I let the manager know my truck had a warning light for the tires came on . They just went outside kicked the tires and said it was okay .... not very reliable way to determine if the car was safe. I drove the whole way with a possible safety hazzard

The location in Florida had a lot of roaches and ants roaming around on the walls and equipment. They did not explain any services and incorrectly identified the gas and mileage. I had to take photos of the truck before to ensure before leaving. The belt squeaked on the motor and I was told I could not get different equipment for a 1600 mile journey.

I have never received such a special service anywhere like in Daytona Auto Repair Shop. A very professional service received my truck very clean and disinfected. And the man who attended to me was very kind and attentive.

I had a horrible experience from picking up to dropping off. I went to pick up my Uhaul and was told it was a 24/7 and it wasnt. i was dropped off by a neighbor at at 730 and was unable to get the uhual truck I had to wait until 915 when the owners decided to open. My reservation was not in the system even thiugh I had a confirmation code. THAN when I dropped it off it ALSO said it was a 24/7!! Not I was that 759 am to drop off, an employee comes and tells me they are NOT 24/7 could not take the truck yet. i had to drive back home and come back an hour later only for the SAME employee to come out and check milage and gas, write it on a sticky note and say I can go and I'm all set! BUT she couldn't do that 1 hour early! This was a horrible experience. I dont think I would recommend nor want to rent from U Haul Again!

BIGGEST MISTAKE OF MY LIFE, ON PHONE WAS TOLD IT BE ABOUT 20 BUCKS. GOT THERE AND THEY WOULDN'T RENT ME A TRAILER CAUSE I DIDNT HAVE HARNESS WIRE. SO HAD TO RENT A TRUCK, I WAS 1.7 GALLONS SHORT AND THEY CHARGE ME 5.52 FOR THE GAS CORPORATE BLAME IT ALL ON THE PLACE I GOT IT FROM. ( 601 S PARROT AVE OKEECHOBEE DAYTONA AUTO SHOP) THEY BLAMED CORPORATE. YOU BE BETTER OFF TO CARRY YOUR FURNITURE THEN USE THESE DEMENTED THIEFING NON CARING CROOKS.
