Very friendly and easy access to pick up.

Brooke WWe dropped off the uhaul after hours. The key drop box was clearly displayed and easy to get to. We received our final receipt within hours in our email.
Alyson AHe told me that my return location was in Crane, Mo. When I went to return it in Crane, he had put in my return location as Joplin. I was charged extra for dropping it off at the wrong location.

DANIEL DNot a big area to park the 26' truck with cars and other uhaul trucks around. Hope I parked in a good spot.
STEVEN WThe initial trailer i was assigned was 50+ yrs old - as estimated by the location owner - and it looked it. I was nervous about it so he swapped it for a larger unit. Owner was very pleasant and helpful but the facility was very old and run down.

ROBERT TThe driver window was busted and could barely see through it with all the cracks, the rear view mirror is broke and made it extremely difficult to back up to our new house. I would never recommend worst experience I have had with Uhaul and he had no other trucks and would let me swap so we were stuck with it because we were in a time crunch to leave.

Neil STHE TRAILER WAS VERY OLD, BEAT UP, AND DIDN'T PULL VERY WELL!! AT 55MPH IT WOULD SWING SIDE TO SIDE BOTH EMPTY AND LOADED. NOT SAFE TO RENT!!!!

Brett LThey can’t keep track of equipment, took 2 hours to locate and get a trailer. Lucky the business owner was very helpful.
jeff gThe people and location was very shady. The people live in the offices or Viscomm versa.We went through several people and the last one did not know how to use Uhaul’s system. It took a half hour and I just about walked out except he had my credit card info and I did not need that battle. Once I got through the paperwork he hooked up the trailer, did not review anything and when I pointed out the damaged fenders he said don’t worry about it the black X noted the damage. Seemed strange to me. Never checked the lights which it turns out the back left light was not working properly. All in all very disappointed.

Tao CThe gentleman that assisted us was extremely helpful and professional. Would definitely recommend this location first over all other UHaul locations I've used in the Joplin, MO area.
Curtis DI only give the location a 5* UHAUL has made this move a pain. Drove around for over an hour trying to find the place. Called the number several times. Finally found it and there was no UHAUL and the place was closed. Got a call 30 minutes later from UHAUL telling me that they didn’t show a truck where I was supposed to pick it up from. REALLY?! By that time we’re already 2 hours past our scheduled pickup and I had found somewhere to get a truck. THEN I had to pay another $60 after my $50 deposit that may be refunded in 5-7 business days. Absolutely disappointed and will let everybody that I know that’s moving this month, go to penske.
Felicia SWe pre-booked a truck a week prior to needing it. We received a confirmation the night before from the company but when we went to pick up the truck at the appointed time we were told there were none available. We had to go to another location to pick up the truck and were told there were no blankets available there. So we returned to the first location to get blankets. We were also not given a choice of return location. It was several miles out of the way. We called and changed to a return location closer to the destination. The staff should have paid more attention to our requests.
hubert hThey got the pickup time wrong. They had me in to pickup in PM instead of AM. Were it not for the good experience of manager I would have lost out on my truck.

Cliff MNothing. Very detailed Instructions were given at the time of trailer pickup. I didn't have any problems. The only improvement to the equipment, would be the the addition of a come-along. Other than that, everything was perfect.
Bill HIt is very difficult to determine where exactly to drop off if doing so after hours. I dropped off during business hours, but no one was there. I called the number posted for another business in the same location and, lucky for me, got it figured out. More conspicuous signs would help; there are several buildings near the storage units/trucks, so it’s difficult to know where to go.
