We have use this location time and time again
Robert KHad to rent for an extra day because location was closed Wednesday but they had what I needed.
Spencer HCalled and needed a 15ft truck. He only had a 20ft truck but said he would charge me the 15ft rate. I received my final bill and guess what? I was charged the 20ft rate.
JOY TVerify all items on order and read carefully. I rented an appliance dolly but was provided a vehicle dolly, which I did not need.

JUDY CHe folks where I picked up at were wonderful. This was in great contrast to where I initially was to pick up at (Whaley Towing/Dalton Ga). When I arrived at my pick up time, there was no one at the location and no one would answer the phone. Also seen that the size truck I had reserved was not in the lot. There was also another customer there waiting that was having the same issue as I. Made a phone call to another location in town and they were glad to help.
PAUL HOk I didn't see any question about my overall experience with the uhaul company as a whole? The overall experience was a disaster, I spend most of my day yesterday trying to call the location where I was 1st scheduled to pick up my car transport. They happen to be close when I went to pick up the vehicle at 2 pm. I was told I had until 5 pm to pick and also on the website it all shows the hours of operation. If someone desires to close early that is his business to do so but of professionalism contact the customer or uhaul and let them know that you are closing your location early. I spent the rest my afternoon run around different uhaul dealerships trying to find a car transport. Luckily at the 4th stop that I was at they were smart and kind enough to call uhaul traffic and they were finally able to locate and sent me to the right place for service. I trying call the 1800# but that was a failure, not only was I on hold for 20 minutes but after they picked up I was told they could not help me and then given a supervisor phone number that was disconnected after calling. Yes I am very frustrated with uhaul overall experience on this rental. I have used uhaul many many times in the pass but never ever have I experience this type of failure. Also I was told that the pick up location that I would be able to drop of at any location near me, which I did but to then call in last to be told that I was given a specified location to drop off. Yes this is by far the worst rental experience I have ever had with uhaul, unfortunately.
JOSE AI was originally picking the truck up at another location that I had reserved from. However due to an emergency this place was closed and my rental was transferred to Dawnville Pawn and Trade. The people at Dawnville Pawn and Trade could not have been nicer. They took care of my needs and answered any questions I had. If the need arises again for a truck rental I would certainly rent from here. Great experience Dawnville Pawn and Trade.
