Difficult for a housewife to run this business out of their home. No office and can only be reached by telephone. Pre check system was a joke and had to be repeated standing outside. Open trailers are stored under a tree and was filled with twigs and bird poop which needed to be cleaned prior to using for my move. U-Haul needs to physically visit this business to decide if it provides the quality services it advertises.

Shannon SuberWas not present during business hours when I returned the truck, fuel gauge was not accurate upon picking up the truck (I took a picture and had it corrected eventually), was not marked returned until a day later (24 hours after returning), doesn't own a printer to give customers uhaul receipt that show fuel level and starting mileage (when asked said does not own a printer. I rent many trucks and this is always my last option when renting. Nice woman, but needs to improve in my opinion.

ABRAHAM HEYMANThe truck was good and so was the service but uhaul changed the location the day before my move. Didn’t have a dolly that I had reserved and said they were short on all equipment the day of my move when I needed the dolly. And then charged me for two gallons of gas when we filled it the line where we got it??
