I made the mistake of not taking note of original miles on the truck. We traveled LESS than the allocated miles -- and your company charged us for 25 EXTRA miles -- a charge of $25. I will NEVER use UHAUL again and I will share this negative (but learning!) experience with everyone I can.

Russell MauchThe passenger side door did not open from the inside. My passenger had to be helped out of the truck or climb over the drivers seat. It was an incredibly rainy day and very inconvenient.
TENIKA NEILIt is not safe to have to park in a grocery store lot across a busy street with no crosswalk. If they allowed parking on their premises while you rent their trucks, I would recommend it to someone else, but I didn’t think it was a good customer service to have people park across a busy street.

Daniel FernandezI brought the truck back after driving 26 miles I put 2.5 gallons of gas in the truck. The representative at the site said just give me the keys and leave I will check it in later and send receipt. I just received the the receipt and was charged and was charged for 3 gallons of gas. I returned the truck with a little over 3/8 of a tank I received the truck with 3/8 of a tank. If your going to try to charge for extra gas you should check the truck in when the customer arrives . I expect a full refund.

Lyle AlfonsoWe drove directly to the location, making one stop along the route to pick up a couch. Despite being granted “ten extra miles for free” we still were charged for one extra mile as we were .02 miles over. Not cool. Really? Also no lock we provided so when we went in to get gas / lunch, our truck was completely unlocked with everything we own in it. Could a lock be provided or sold on the leaving end? We assumed the truck had a lock/key just like the truck door. Nope. On the plus side, the truck was very clean inside and the ramp worked well. The “second location” (the pick up point was moved the night before with a text) person was very nice helping with the contract. We enjoyed using the moving blankets and dolly which made moving easier.

Joseph DwyerOriginal location called at exactly my pickup time to tell me they overbooked and had no truck. I was irate so they found me a truck at the Davis St location in Vacaville. Super friendly staff there above and beyond. Glad it worked out. I had movers waiting being paid by the hour!!!

kelley macfarlandThe interior dash was dirty with a layer of dust. It took 30 minutes to get us out of the office. There was no one but us. Masks are optional not mandated I don’t know why the employee had to enforce because when I came back he didn’t have a mask on.

Jeffrey SteckerMake the point of sale system consistent among all uhaul dealers. If my card is good and works for one. Then all dealers should accept it. Other then that great experience with the truck. However trying to get moving help was a joke. 4 different companies canceled. 2 the day of. Had to call in real moving company. If your gonna advertise and hire then make sure they show up.
LENNY BALDWINRemove the six 15 minute painted parking stalls on the property. I rented a truck from there and had to park my car across the street until I returned the rental.
GERALD BYRDThis place was great the only big thing was the truck wasn’t there the previous renters kept it overnight and I was ready to blow but then they called shortly after and I was able to get the truck on time but very frustrating when you go and they say they dont know where he was I would recommend getting a truck the night before to make sure you have it in the morning
