JOHN AThe back roll up door would not close after it was loaded due to the door cable spool needing to be rewound. Had to call u-haul to have someone come out to do a semi-repair so I could close and lock the door. Things like this should be repaired at a main hub before the trailers are rented out to the next person.

boyd zthe entire front of the property is a large hole filled with water there is literally no where to park, and they have a large dog that barks at people.

Wade GOnly issue was with the Uhaul traffic. The drop off was left as Unknown and was told I could drop anywhere. Then was assigned a drop off 20 minutes away from destination with gas at $5 a gallon. Called customer service, talked with “traffic” and didn’t get any help. Finally dropped at my preferred location half a mile from my destination.

adam mThis location over charged me by $100 (after already paying almost $1,000) and then refused to give me my money back that is owed. They even emailed me a receipt with the amounts trying to show I paid less then I did. I WILL NOT recommend this location. They are not honest people.

Jim KPost time of hour's of operations and post times when gone from business.( need to Post time left and expected return time.) Owner did take good care of me when renting and when he arrived to take in trailer he did take good care of me. I had a tire come apart on the trailer when on the road. When I return the trailer, David did creit for my purchase of a new tire for the trailer.
kerry kHad an emergency come up and I had to drop off late this location was closed and I had the vehicle 3 days and was clean and drop off and I'm being over charged in many was this vehicle had a half tank of gas at pick up and I paid 50.00 at half to fill up to a full tank of gas.
Eleanor RWe originally rented from the main, largest facility in Abilene and for as many rentals they had available, we had to drive all the way out to Clyde to pick up our rental. While they did add extra allowable miles and day, it was still an inconvenience to ha e to do this. Thankfully Dennison was great to work with. The one thing they don’t tell you is that they may have given you the extra day and miles, apparently the insurance you take out is by day, so had to pay extra for that.

David pImprove inspection practices prior issuing equipment. The tow dolly that I was provided had a broken mount plate on the right wheel fender leaving it completely unsecured on the forward facing side; I discovered this prior to acceptance and a technician was able to make a stopgap repair with safety wire before my trip. The truck that was issued to me also experienced some significant vibration from the front axle throughout the trip. At 65+ mph, it felt like one of the front wheels (driver's side suspected) was out of balance and caused the whole front end to shake, especially once the fender plastics/hood started shuddering, too
