We were greeted with politeness and we got our moving truck 🚛 online and it was fast process... I've always been a fan of UHAUL we have used Uhaul for a long time now ever since I was a toddler and uhaul never let us down

Dakota CWiring harness was junk. Kept blowing fuses on my truck. Road side assistance could not fix it. Took about 3-4 hours and running around to get an exchanged trailer. Plus brought trailer back 1 day early and still got charged full price as if I kept it the extra day.

Thomas SNever again will we use this business. Double charged for the service. Hibbing U-Haul says we returned the trailer 1 day later than we should have. THIS IS A LIE!!! I have pictures I took on my I-phone to prove the date and time we dropped the trailer off.

Jesse HVehicle was stuck in a snow bank, I had to clean the snow off of it myself. Employee that unstuck the vehicle was smoking inside so it stunk of cigarettes. Disappointed to say the least
John SIt was not immediately obvious to me where the office was at this facility, but I figured it out quickly enough. Otherwise, they handled the transaction well, were helpful, and the equipment worked as expected. I would rent here again.

Brenda JWe dropped the truck Sunday morning at an unattended center, putting the key in a drop box. Monday I received a statement showing an additional charge had been charged to my card. I called trying to find out what the charge is for but Dave is out sick and told to call back tomorrow. The one way trip is only 47 miles. The additional 17 miles to find a drop spot. Yet we are being told we put on more then 100 miles?? Something is not right with this picture.

Michelle DLet them know the office is not by the uhaul trucks. Not marked. Truck should be equipped with a lower step to get in. My husband has two artificial knees and two artificial hips and it was very difficult for him to get in and out of the truck. Besides that he is 70 yrs old!

Eric HEven though the owner was present when I brought the vehicle back- I had to wait at least 1/2 hour to get checked out, The owner was not helpful at all. The young assistant that helped me with the pick-up and check-put was very pleasant. The office was a bit trashy looking.
Patrick CThe 26 ft truck wasn't there after i reserved it, then they couldn't find the keys. They ended up giving me a 15ft truck so i had to take 2 trips so an extra 40$ in gas and an extra 60 miles at 1.29 a mile. This is the second time in 3 weeks I've been moving and had problems. 1st time they didnt have my reservation or a truck. Seriously a joke.
Ronell BCharging additional days when uhaul returned in assigned day isn’t acceptable. Called to discuss charges and staff spoke broken English and was hard to understand. Called again regarding charges and call was not returned.
KELLY DThere were issues with the online process. At first, only the truck was included in the rental - the trailer somehow got dropped. When trying to fix the order, the website would not let the Uhaul manager select the correct trailer. After that when I was sent links to my contract, I was never able to log in. I would go through the process, but when I would enter the log in code I always got the response that my session or code had expired even though I was completing the process with no delays. All my issues were with the online process. The human assistance was fantastic.
Donald CThis place was 3 hours round trip past my area where I needed it !!! I was suppose to pick it up on my way to Duluth , last minute haul says my trailer was no longer there. I called u haul and they said I have to go to Hibbing that’s the closest one , 1 1/2 past duluth 1 1/2 back , when I get there no record of me , lucky for me they had one and I said I will like to leave it in duluth , no problem he says , a big up charge to do that or drive another 3 hours round trip to bring it back !!! Mean while the 1 st I haul place calls me and say my trailer is ready to pick up they have 3 available , wtf !!! So in short u haul cost me 3 hours of drive time , fuel and a drop off charge ! I will NOT be using them again !!!!!!!!!
