Samuel Ai dropped the trailer off on 3-19 per the conversation i had with location. on 3-22 i get a message that trailer not dropped off. i sent pictures of the dropped off trailer to lady with uhaul showing it there with buildings etc.. in the back ground. get a text around 3-31 that i havent returned trailer. called uhaul talked with same lady she asked for pics. as i went to type in her info it popped up. the same lady i sent to on 3-22 so resent. i get a certified letter in mail on 4-4 that i was responsible for trailer and would face prosecution if not returned. Called again this ladies name was Marilyn. she was awesome i sent her the pics and got immediate feed back the following day that trailer was returned on 3-19. I do not understand the confusion. the trailer was dropped off exactly where i was told to over the phone with pics to prove it. and it took over 2 weeks to resolve. Seems like someone was wanting to take advantage of me since i picked up in Fl and dropped off in Ky.

rodney sI was supposed to pick up a U-Haul at L&L Auto in Tollesboro. They were closed and did not have our truck available. I had movers waiting on us and no truck. I had even received confirmation the truck was there and ready for pick-up. Thank God, there was one available at the Maysville location and the owener of the business was very polite and helpful.
NATALIE LNo one was there during the time they said the office would be occupied, and there was a large pile of junk in front of the office . A woman, presumably the owner (and obviously a loony-tune) called out from a nearby residence and asked us what we were doing in a very accusational tone - as we were returning the trailer. My friend who was with me was smoking a cigarette. I don't let people smoke in my car, so we stood there until he finished and then we left. Bad experience!
Henry HDoor was open but there wasn't anyone at the site. They are also supposed to call me which has not happened.

Stephen SI rented three different units and one was a car transport Trailer, a 26' box truck in which they Dave Grayson Storahe Did Not process the return properly. They Over Charged me for over a Thousand Miles more then I actually drove! This location is NOT to be trusted!

MICHAEL PI noticed after getting out of the truck and back in there appeared to be blood or something on the side of the driver seat. I scrubbed it off the best I could in fear I would be accused and be charged for it or something. Also the location didnt have the truck I ordered. Well they did but they didnt leave the key. Instead of a 10ft I had to take a 26ft which I was in no way qualified nor prepared to drive. They offered me 100 extra miles which was pointless. I knew I would be 10-15 over bc this was the only 10ft near where I was picking up furniture, but I didnt need 100. I wasnt going to be joyriding. It said my reservation was guaranteed or they would give me $50. I'm curious to see if that will actually happen bc it hasnt been mentioned yet. All the boxes were unlocked so anyone could have taken a truck at anytime.its a secluded lot in the country
Amy SHad a non working tail light , the fenders were both half broke , they would not adjust the chain witch caused it to drag- I pulled a bronco ii with it to Michigan at night! I was not pleased with the experience-or the broke light but the trailer towed fine- nice and light!

jon lMake sure the confirmation email has correct time you can pick up truck had to wait an hour for it to open and then another 20 minutes because person was late opening store. Was put behind schedule over an hour and half later while having to pay moving people who were waiting on me to get truck there

Sheila CThe trailer smelled like dead mice! We had to pick up a mattress and now it smells really bad! Speaking of smells, the office worker was smoking in the small office while waiting on me. She was nice and efficient, but I could hardly breathe.
Melinda TI was charged over $7 for fuel despite having put $10 in myself. Contrary to what the workers claimed, the fuel gauge was not halfway between 1/4 and 3/8. It was right on 1/4. It was closer to 3/8 when I brought it Bach than when it was when I picked it up. I took a picture of the gas gauge when I dropped it off. I guess I should have done the same when I picked it up.

GREG DFirst of all, when I made the reservation, I was supposed to pick up at the U-Haul location at the House of Bargains in Maysville, Ky. I called 2 weeks prior to make the reservation and again 1 day prior to make sure everything was in order. I was assured that it was. After arriving there, the man proceeded to waste close to an hour of our time before telling us he booked the U-Haul incorrectly and we actually needed to pick the truck up at Tucker Drive. When picking up the truck, the woman checked the gas in it and told us it was at 1/2 of a tank. The paper work said 5/8 of a tank. We were assured that this would be correct and specifically told to fill the truck up to only 1/2 a tank, which we did. Now, 3 weeks later I am getting charged over $30 because we didn’t fill the tank to 5/8. I will NEVER use U-Haul again. These were hands down some of the most incompetent people I have ever dealt with. I will be disputing the $30 charge for 1/8 of a tank of gas that was never in the truck to begin with. Extremely poor service. Do not recommend.

BILLY HThis man text me numerous times saying he I stole his truck when I only used the truck for 4 hrs max. I turned it in at another uhaul rental that I had to rent a furniture dolly from. If I was supposed to.return it to him he should have stated it to me when he rented the truck. He did not have to threaten me. I work very hard to make my paycheck and I don't need him trying to take what isn't his. Bad for your business.
