I was delayed for about 45 minutes because the payment processing would not function correctly on the U-Haul website from their computer. Mike tried his best to get me out asap but had to restart the process several times. As I understand it, it wasn't Mike's fault but rather the website payment system.Kelly R.

Train your agents and actually maintain your trucks! We told them we would be towing our own trailer and asked about a brake controller. They said we didn't need one and a 4 pin to 7 pin converter would do the trick. The Uhaul truck and our trailer both had 7 pin connections, so we didn't need the adapter. The brakes in the truck were less than perfect. Adding the trailer made them worse. We needed a brake controller, They should have known that. Our trip home through mountain passes without the brake controller was an experience no one should ever be forced into having. Particularly as the truck brakes, apparently more than capable of stopping it and the trailer - were spongy even without the trailer attached!!Timothy W.

Keep the exterior of the truck clean prior to the pick up by the customer. I personally had the truck washed and the windows cleaned. Their are expections prior to turning in a Uhaul truck. It should be the same prior to releasing one to the client.rabera J.

Trying to schedule this through the phone service was horrible! I called three weeks before I needed the trailer. They kept telling me a unit wasn't available. The day before I was supposed to pick up the trailer I got another message saying that I needed to call about my pickup for the next day at 4:00. That was totally wrong, because the trailer was supposed to be picked up at 8:30. Thankfully Mike from Daniel's Best buy was able to get everything straightened out for me. I hope somehow that you can improve your phone peoples knowledge.LARRY E.

The truck I rented leaked when it rained and as a result our queen mattress and box spring were ruined. I, however, don't blame the rental location as there is likely no way they could have known that the truck would leak.Mark S.

Again â€œYOURâ€ confirmation told me to return the truck to a Storage place in Greenville, Tx at 8:00 am. I arrived at 7:45 to find out it didn't open until 9:30. Tried to return using mobile app only to find out I couldn't use the app there. THIS AND MY OTHER COMMENT ABOVE WOULD KEEP ME FROM EVER COMMENDING UHAUL. Both were RIDICULOUS.Tony S.

While I wouldn't classify the location and physical appearance as neat, it was at least open. Which is 100% better than the first place I tried. I first reserved a trailer from another uhaul on I-30 but they never showed up.Bud W.
We liked the staff but we were under the impression that all trucks are inspected before sending renting them. Unbeknownst to us my wife and I rented a truck with a couple of holes in the ceiling that resulted in wet furniture and items. From desks to dressers, boxes and bags, mattresses. List goes on. About 60-70% of our items were wet when we unloaded them due to the leaks. We've used Uhaul before with good results but we're very disappointed with this experience. It'd be hard to recommend let alone use them again in the future.REGINALD C.
