The fellow was with another customer and just told me he would send me the invoice. I would have wished to wait for an invoice because I had some questions that are still not answered Also need a few more chairs so person can sit down. I’m sure the place is fine just thought everybody’s in a hurry

Opened early when they saw I had arrived. Quick, painless setup of the rental. All charges were fully explained and I was able to drop off the vehicle in seconds. They even knocked off some of the mileage charge when they confirmed I had used less miles than anticipated. Great place to rent a truck if you have they need.

Get the app to actually work! I kept getting it going in a loop that wouldn't allow me to put in my location and so I ended up having to call and let the U-Haul location owner know the time and mileage of the truck return!! This was so irritating and maddening!!! Otherwise, dealing with U-Haul, and this location specifically, is usually a real easy and pleasant experience.

the owner was there, but not the 'U-Haul' guy which was weird. I would have thought the owner could have known how to check us in. We left without the items being checked in, but just a promise that they would be. That was a little unnerving.

24/7 app did not work I'm an IT professional and this app needs a lot of work. Suspect the system was overloaded causing a time out during the photo, drivers license phase of the app. Then I was stuck in a 45 minute U-Hell phone wait that never got me to the right customer service person.

I booked the trailer online and did the pre-check in. The desk man handled everything quickly and knew just what was needed. Clean trailer. He hooked it up and we were off to move. All good.

The equipment rented was exactly as described. The staff was helpful and knowledgeable. When I needed to extend my rental the staff was again helpful. I am very grateful for their help in what was otherwise a difficult week.

I pointed out that the fuel level indicated on the rental card was incorrect, I put a total of 13.3 miles on the vehicle and stopped across the street when returning and put $4 in the tank, a little over 1 gallon. When I looked at the statement emailed to me, I was charged for 5.5 gallons of fuel ($26.00). Even if I hadn't pointed out the actual fuel level at the time of the rental, it doesn't take a rocket scientist to know that the vehicle didn't use 5.5 gallons of fuel to travel 13.3 miles, I was ripped of. rtp97468@yahoo.com

Besides not being able to get both of our refunds they did send us to the person they says he would mail our refunds

Good service but problems with the app and email contract. When returning the van via phone, the contract stated a large amount of money owed for gas (7/8 tank rather than 7/16 when it was given to me). Apparently the correct amount of money got charged, but it was very confusing. The contract I got by email had 7/8 tank required, and the physical contract (with the same number) had 7/16.

The guy just told me to park the auto transport and leave. Then he charged me an additional day on the auto transport that was returned earlier than the time scheduled for return. I’ve used U-Haul since i was a child, been loyal ever since. But this nickel and diming customers changed my perception and thanks to Danes Auto Service i will never use U-Haul ever again. Good job????

The man who assisted me was very professional with everyone but myself. He was very rude to me, which was unsurprising because I was the only female person I saw him interact with. Consider hiring people who aren’t openly sexist!
