I was overcharged for another day and they said they couldn’t help me.I had it for less than 24 hours.
MARK TCheck the structural integrity of the dolly. No right light, and the pin broke mid drive and the ramp came out

HARRY SShowed up on time and when we opened the door to the uhaul about 100 roaches went everywhere. Then there were two big puddles of water in the truck. I guess it has a leak in the roof, The inside of the cab was filthy as well. It was Sunday so of course no one was there. Contacted uhaul and had to arrange to get a different truck which put us behind about 2 hours. Then got my bill and they charged me for the two different trucks. I shouldn't really even be charged for one after all the crap we went through in 95-degree weather. I called location and they said they would call me back so we will see.
TERRY JMake advance liaison in person if possible in all things. It avoids miscommunication and relying upon a machine that are programed by inexperienced technicians. Let life experience guide your actions. As you go through life trust your instincts and trust in the ones you love, if you have any.
Sean RI thought it was way over priced for going one way and returning to different location the same day. Being charged for two days because I didn't return to same location was unfair. $490.00 dollars was a lot for just going 130 miles.

Mark CI wouldn't expect them to try to improve when they already have perfection. They made the whole process smooth and easy.
JOHN FThe app is hit or miss while at the location. Makes time wasted when picking up on a Sunday and no one is in the office. Other than that, everyone at the location is friendly and helpful.
Tristan VWe rented for a Sunday and we had to call u-haul for help because our phone signal could not be picked up. We had so much trouble even with the help of the u-haul representative that he had to change our pickup time from 10:00 to 11:00.
Sandra HI was able to secure a truck on line, the pick up was quick and everyone was friendly. If need be I'll rent again and I will recommend your services to others.

Terry LQuick and Easy to rent, friendly staff, had one little hiccup over milage, but was resolve promptly which earned more respect. Will use again when needed and do recommend. They had plenty of trucks of all sizes and equipment you would need.

Terry LRepresentative was very rude and did not seem to know what he was doing. I rented the covers as add on online and got there he rudely said we don't have thoughs and it won't let me take it off. Would not recommend this location.

Darrel CI told the nice lady I was "disabled", & moving alone, so I had no clue how long I'd need the truck, by the 2nd day I was getting texts saying where's our truck at?, the 3rd day I got an E-mail saying I "HAD" to bring it back by the next day at noon because they gave someone a reservation for it... I had to stop moving, & spend 2 hrs on the phone with 4 800uhaul reps until one finally deleted the other reservation, I got more texts, & even a call over the next 24 hrs saying "where's our truck at?", I took it back the 5th day. Overall pretty unprofessional, however the place, & people seemed otherwise nice.
Jerry MBooked a 15 foot u haul days in advance. They didn't have one when I got there leading me to have to rent a bigger truck costing me more money.
Elizabeth RWe had some challenges with the tablet they were using for the registration. It was really slow and would not recognize the taps on the screen. It took longer than I was hoping, but the normal person was out unexpectedly. We were able to get through it, it just took some time.

TEDDY HThe front office lady that was working was very nice and helpful. She made it a very easy and pleasant transaction. Extremely helpful. I will rent here again.

Lori YDigital Check in was easy other then I could not get the location to verify where I was at so I took plenty of pictures before I left and plenty of room to park the uhaul and trailer. No one was available on site to assist as was a Sunday.

DANIEL JUhaul needs to have card loading equipment at sites as well as adapters to purchase...and at sites and quit saying you can haul haul cars wth dollys or trailers wthout a specific auto to haul with or haul behind...because photo on bullitinshows jeep grand cherokee hauling a lincoln ls on dolly but denys such thing of that automobile or f150 6 or 8 cylender or f250 or f350 or a yukon v8 or anything ive ask of ..it also needs to quit making customers doso much running around to do such a purchase for the expenses they charge just for rental if equipment ...this should be handled better!!! I have been trying for 2 days to rent a dolly to me 2 cars and people renting out items for you had to help me by renting it for me because of the hassles and aggrivations ive endured in the only 2 times ive tried to be your customer..you gave no help in any wayi in resolving any issues...or offered no diciunts or free services of any sort ...will be pisting on FB and more about this as well as Yelp...thanks for all of you consideration and help wth this issue and very bad inconvienience. As well as issues of having loss og $60.00 on card i cannot use or get money back from...a i had to survive the week until next paycheck... YHAUL IS NOT GOOD PLACE TO RENT EQUIPMENT FROM!!! WILL NOT RECOMMEND SERVICES TO ANYONE!!! EVER!!! THANKS FOR THE INCONVEINIENCES!!!

ROBERT WTHIS PLACE was a disaster and I had to contact police against these people. Then one guy lied to officer, then he recanted and told truth finally after realizing cop was going to talk to another employee with me along. Someone HIGH UP NEEDS TO CONTACT ME. THIS was horrible at both ends.

Charles BD&M truck service of Sullivan Mo., where I contracted my UHaul trailer, were exceptionally pleasant people to do business with and were on- time, would answer calls and were open every time I was there. Top knotch people.
