Rita H.Great experience. Truck was brand new and could still smell the paint! Would however recommend that U-haul look more into the chevy chassis for large trucks. They have a much better turning radius, and smoother ride. Which is a great benefit for people who have to back 26' trucks into driveways in small neighborhoods or tight corners. (I have had both, and Chevy Chassis is def a better option for turning and ride) But loved the new ford.
James C.They were kinda slow on getting the truck rented to us, then just said the key is under the seat and sent us on our way. The truck is a little over a half a block away from the office.

JANET K.I paid $100 cash deposit for the rental from Joplin Ok and returned it to Vinita Ok and in Joplin they told me I would get the deposit back from where Uhaul. I still have not received the check in the mail. My brother passed away and I had to place his household in a storage near my Grandma in Big Cabin. I live in Tulsa. I'm super frustrated because months later I still haven't received it.

They asked us to come back in 30 minutes because they were eating lunch. I'm not sure why they couldn't just put their lunch up for 5 min to assist a customer but If you ask me that's terrible customer service. I would not recommend this location.

Don F.Upon returning the vehicle, there was no deposit paid. On the trip to Leavenworth, ks from Vinita, ok a few months ago it cost half of what it did to come from Leavenworth, ks to Vinita, ok and there was even a deposit that was returned. I doubt I will be using uhaul for any more of my moving needs.

Don F.The drop off locations was tied to an auto repair shop and would not be a place you might readily go to pick up a U-Haul or drop off but it is the only location provided in town.

MARC B.The only issue we experienced with U-Haul was the return location on the contract was no longer available. Was advised to take the truck to another location via 800 number we called for return. The truck was returned on a Sunday, Jan. 14. No one was at the return location.

The guys were sitting in the chairs eating breakfast and talking back and forth using vulgar language leaving my wife and I standing there. I would not recommend this location to anyone. The truck was also not cleaned out when we got the truck.
