when I arrive at the pick-up location I was charge $42.oo, which was not agreed in the online reservation. The customer service person seemed inexperience and only after one hour was I given the truck.

I would never ever ever refer this location to anyone. They need to be closed immediately. It's not being ran professionally! They lost my truck and acted as they had done all of their research. They should be closed as a business.

I had booked the van, from 10:00 AM to 2:00PM for 4 hours, I reached the location by 10:15AM, they told car is not ready come by 11:30 AM, I reached there by 11:45AM, still the car was not ready for pickup. I got the van by 12:30PM. I suppose to use the VAN for 4hrs instead i had come by 2:30PM as My personal car was parked on their location and I had to take the car else they will close the shop

I dropped off the truck at 9pm on the day I rented the truck, 12 hours early. The drop off location charged me an additional day because they didn't log in the return until 10:22am the next day. When I called to get it corrected the lady on phone was not helpful and rude.

The inside of the truck had grease in the bed. It got on our mattress and I notified U-Haul and filed a claim. It was denied and I now have a mattress that is greasy and not usable. I will tell everyone I know to NOT use Uh-Haul. I am very disappointed with the follow up service.

First bad experience at a uhaul location and by bad I mean horrendous I came at the pickup time and had to wait for the manager He immediately got on the phone with a customer while he was helping me and told the person to hurry up because they were closing early We did a printed contract and when I got in the vehicle there was trash in the cab, the mileage was 39 miles more than the contract said and the tank was empty I went back in the office and asked for a reprint of the contract I was told they couldn't do that but the woman working with them initialed the contract and hand wrote the real amount When I got my bill it showed the original wrong contract info and I was overcharged almost 50 dollars I returned twice to the location the first time I was told that nobody there could help me but the manager will call me The second time I was told to wait because the manager was in a meeting and after 15 minutes he showed up and promised uhaul would credit me This hasn't happened I have documentation to back this up Besides the poor customer service from the start I was made to feel that even though they screwed up it was too much of a bother to fix it I was never the customer in this relationship

I dropped off my rental at 10:30am. I had to call them and remind them that everything was turned in so they could end it.... I had given them they keys...... It was due at 6:30pm.

The two young men were extremely polite and friendly and tried to accomodate, however they seemed inexperienced and didn't have much knowledge of the rental. It took a long time to print and complete my paperwork also.

I don't think it is fair for uhaul to upgrade me from a 17 ft to a 20 ft then charge me the 20 ft rate. Moving is stressful enough without having to worry about bait and switch tactics.

They gave me a hard time saying I didn't request a dollies and furniture wraps when in fact I did. Also when I called the day before to confirm rental the man said he would have straps for me but did not when we picked up truck

Stress the importance of an adequate prior inspection. Checking miles out and cleaning under seats. My experience was poor but it was my fault for skipping the prior inspection.

Train employees on rental procedures. I know it was their first time renting the truck to someone but it was very inconvenient to wait forty minutes to get the truck because I only had fifteen minutes to load it due to time constraints.

the overall experience with being given wrong information and then having rented a smaller truck which occurred for extra trips and a rental car plus the drop-off location is 100% horrible I just received this email on 5 2 2016 when the vehicle was dropped off at the location on 4 27 2016.. My overall experience was absolutely 100% horrible and there is honestly too much information too right on this little forum... the only way you can improve U-Hauls experience with me to remove this vendor from your list of drop off locations

It took a while to find the location seeing that there was no identification that D&D auto rentals/ beauty shop was a uhaul rental location. It took my wife and I almost an hour to rent a uhaul because the staff had no idea what they were doing. Warning if they ask for a copy of your ID and credit card they are going against uhaul policy. In the future we will only rent from an actual uhaul dealership no more 3rd party rental companies.

i went only 3-4 miles and was charge 8 and try to explain away why i didnt get a full refund of my money i will use budget on future moves where i be treat fair and some one check mileage and let you intial mile before you drive away it was horrible i may never use uhaul again on truck . terrible experence i every had with a rental

This location was great but my overall experience with uhaul was awful. This location was 12 miles further than my nearest location. When I went to pick up at the closer location they seemed put off by my situation and they were trying to get me to bring back the truck within 12 hours because they had a lot of reservations. Since I didn't want to deal with the hassle I called a different location but in the end it ended up costing me over 50 dollars

Lower the price for the car dolly. I had one reserved from budget truck rentals and it was only $99 but something happened to it. When I rented from Uhaul it cost twice as much for the same thing. That's not good at all considering I needed that extra $90 for gas, but overall service was great.

The agent who hooked up the trailer for me told me he did not know how to hook it up. He did anyway and this disengaged barely 20mins after pick up and U-Haul is refusing liabilty

This is my third time renting form this location. I only go when the young man is the working, that way I can leave fast. When the older guy is there it takes more than hour.

I think if the clerk that rented the truck to me was a little more trained at what he was supposed to do or have had more experience with the uhaul system itself then I wouldn't have been in the store for about a hour in a half trying to help him figure things out like I worded there probably wouldn't have been so bad. Yes it did take that long to get the truck rented. If I would have known that there was a number for him to call and get assistance than I would've made the suggestion sooner. And he also needs someone else on the clock to either run the store or run the rentals because the lines for the customer wait was also terrible. But the gentleman overall was sweet.

In ten years of renting from U-Haul, this was hands down the most awful experience I have ever had. With no one line, it took them an hour and a half to process the paperwork to rent me a truck. And they STILL messed it up. I had to call customer service to fix the contract they didn't prepare properly.

The guy who checked the truck out was ok and got me out of there in 25 minutes a little longer than anticipated but tolerable however when i returned the truck it turned into a hour and a half of the gentlemen fumbling around trying to figure the system out on the fly and ultimately not being able to show me a final invoice...
