When I dropped the trailer off in Lancaster NH it was simple. Walked in to the store and showed them my paperwork. They asked me to drop it off in a open space next to the other U-Haul trailers👍🏻 The one thing I would recommend of U-Haul is that they offered me a return receipt.John S.

The can was dirty and there were pieces of wood laying around. Also when I returned the key, it did not fit in the drop box slot. It was impossible for it to go in there. I was forced to leave it out on the box after calling the location multiple times.Nicole S.

I did not receive the trailer I reserved 2 weeks in advance. It is very unnerving driving 300 plus miles to a location where they may not even have an available trailer for you. Luckily there was an alternate trailer that suited my purpose. The equipment was in very good shape and tracked behind my truck really well. Impressed with that aspect.anthony C.

The truck needed to be swept out when I picked it up. Truck has several bad rattles underneath the cab and in the drivers door, either empty or filled. Headlights are extremely dim and I had to drive with high beams on all night. Truck shimmies on the highway and May need an alignment or the tires balanced. I didn't get the impression the $820.00 dollars I spent was valued by the Uhaul representatives.RICHARD G.

The self service system was terrible. We made online reservations and then we're directed to a facility 25 miles away. There were no directions to the key vault locations. We spent 2 hours in the rain on the phone with poorly trained area reps until we could finally get the code for our key. The equipment did its job fine and the facility we went to was a non issue. An employee who was in the area on a day off even tried to help. Unfortunately it was the clunky app and the service reps who fell down in this transaction. Had we been moving out of the area or had a more stringent time constraint this process would have been detrimental to us.Kristy L.

Provide a closer pick up spot, I was confirmed to pick-up at a nearby location, and had to go 20 plus miles further to pick-up! And they gave me a truck that was very much larger than I requested. Wasn't comfortable driving a 26 foot vehicle, I'm not a trucker. Was glad I didn't get in an accident, so I dropped it off at a nearby location, with 15 gallons more of fuel. And they charged me almost $60 because of some Bs drop of point 10 miles furtther away , I was just happy not to get in an accident. Was very stressful besides moving under the gun! I'll look for a different company next time!@ they had at least 2 weeks to provide me with the truck I requested! Penske or some other company next time!!Gaston G.

Made reservation for trailer no trailer on site upon arrival,sorry the previous renter didnt return nothing we can do.. drove 50 miles and left work early for nothing.. made new reservation for next weekend which went as planned but recieved no discount/refund for the previous reservation which uhaul could not fullfill. Nothing but a sorry.. well sorry i will never use uhaul or dalton mountain for anything ever againMatthew W.
The mobile check in process calling for a second, verified ID is crazy. Thankfully the staff at the location picked up the pieces and finished the transaction easily! The close out email said it included a copy of my invoice, but it did not!Derek H.
