Clifford SMake sure this location has a jack to help unload and load the trailers. The pickup location had one and it made hooking up easy. The drop off location did not have one and while my husband is as strong as an ox, it’s not healthy for either person. The trailer wasn’t overly heavy but it can still be dangerous.

Alyce BFirst the pick up was changed from when my booking. Next the reservation time was changed. Then when I arrive at U Hauls dictated time ..... the car hauler was not available Then the staff made no attempt to find an alternative trailer I found another auto transporter on the way to Edm. Then U Haul charged me an additional $50 because I did not return it to the location I rented it at. This would not be an issue if my original reservation was where it was supposed to be a. I request the refund of the $59 Calgary drop off fee and $50 because the auto transporter was not available when scheduled
