The truck return app requires a photo of the instrument cluster. It required a live photo at the time of check out. I took a photo with my phone first which it wouldn't allow me to upload. Better instructions would help here.

I picked up the truck when they were closed and had to use mobile pickup. It was a disaster. Took almost an hour—-in the rain!! I will never rent again from a place using mobile. Only from a store that is open.

Very difficult to locate due to poor signage and lack of uhaul vehicles. Seems to be a second or third business Office and work spaces are cluttered. Not real inviting.

In my opinion overall, the handful of times I have rented trucks from UHaul, the experience has always been positive and very professional. The location in Diamond Bar was different from what I've been accustomed in terms of a facility exclusive to UHaul. Now I know that UHaul is partnering with other businesses as a authorized UHaul dealer. Makes good business sense and I have no problem with this concept.
