A super small lot so being it’s small and the car was blocking the area the U-Haul were it made it hard to return the equipment costing me to have to drive around the block twice costing me more miles

Muchael GAn a player called me last minute telling me that their place of business was going to close early and asked if I would be interested in picking up the rental on the app. I did not have the app so I had to download the app and that process was a nightmare. It took 45 minutes and due to that time constraint I got stuck in rush hour traffic resulting in my time and schedule being compromised. The entire process is infuriating. Each process is cumbersome with the suggestions of add ons. Repeatedly. And the no thanks button is so hard to find that it leaves the customer thinking that they must include an add on to merely check out. Ridiculous.

EVALOIS Wordered a van with accessories, just to find a van without them, that i had to pay separately for, as well as had to use a different form of payment. all around awful experience.
Nik SCar wash was not clean, u had to find someone to assist me. The truck was a old, dirty and horrible on the road. It shook so much on the expressway. Very load, white smoke coming out of exhaust. Worst experience I've ever had with Uhaul and I rent Uhaul often.

I’ll probably not use the online process next time; the verification needs could have been made more clear. This location was great and the staff was very friendly.
