Jason at Cutrite is a stand up guy. Truck was there and ready. It was parked right up front and cleaned of the snow and frost we had the night before. I’m pretty sure I was the first rental of the day. Convenient location for my Moline needs. I’ll be back.

I has a confirmation and a he truck wasn’t at the location it was supposed to be and they had to find another. When I dropped the unit f’d, no one was there and I could not get the hitch off, so I had to leave my ball there which caused me another trip to pick up my hitch once they got it off.

I am tired of being charged for thing I know nothing about there is no communication from these people at all!

The place was listed as being open at noon but no one was there by 1 when the truck was returned. Final return had to be done online so no clue as what it was like inside and there was no personnel there.

Was charged for an extra day. I was given 2 days instead of 3 as I was supposed to have when I made my reservation. I was not listened to by the employee when I tried to explain that I was given a 15’ truck instead of a 26’ truck when I made the reservation.
