I called the location about 50 minutes before they closed. I arrived 15 minutes before closing to drop off the rental truck. I wanted to see them in person. However they chose to leave before I got there. They closed at 5:00 p.m. and they left before 4:45 p.m. I wouldn't be so aggravated had I not called them and they were closed. But they knew I was coming. They should not be a U-Haul location. Nick.

We were given an initial drop off location that did not exist. Caused us to drive about 50 miles extra. VERY unhappy and feel we should get a partial refund. We called uhaul and were told we would be contacted. Never were.

Obviously checking out the equipment before it goes out again is an option. Right after I picked up my transport trailer and got on the interstate I knew something was wrong. Called this location back within 10 minutes of getting on the road telling them what was going on and the reply was call roadside assistance but they didn’t even have roadside assistance number. No customer service at all. No help at all. Rented from Uhaul many times before and never had experience like this

They charged $39.95 for a $29.95 truck (quoted), overcharged mileage (I have pics of odometer, before and after) and charged $15.00 for insurance that I didn't request or want. I'll leave reviews elsewhere as well.

No issues seem pretty easy to get to and process the return. The key return box was a little hard to find, but I did drop it off at night and I was worn out from all the moving. We will blame that on me.

The keys to my truck was not in the box and no one could get in contact with the rental place .I had called several hrs earlier to let them know my ride was running behind and that I would be a little late picking up my truck and I couldn't reach anyone either. I had to take a different size truck home and wait till I could go pick up the original truck that I had originally paid for. All of this put me a half a day behind schedule so I ended up having to rent for an extra day and they way over charged me. Plus they double charged my account and bounced it for a short time .Guy just forgot to put the key to my truck back in the box so I was almost stranded .Didn't recieve truck till 5 hrs after I was supposed to of gotten it. The guy was apologetic about forgetting the key but that still doesn't replace the extra money it cost me for missing my moving help and still having to pay them.

The overall experience was a good one. The person at the desk was easy to work with. One thing I did not expect - was to be charged $21.00 for fuel. We filled the tank back to the original line (where it was when we received it) to start our 54-mile journey.

This address is not even the address I was giving to drop the truck off at. The address gave for my return was a Mexican grocery store with a tiny U-Haul box on the window non of the employees spoke English and I was charged a for having a truck for two days over that I didn't have for a full 24 hours and was charged for damages claiming small scratches on a truck with no damages
