If gas tank was full at rental you could say fill it up before returning. If they don’t charge them fee to fill gas tank.

Tyrone YWe will never use Uhaul again. Truck was dirty and window was left down. So therefore water was in the seat and door. We could not speak with anyone in person at the site.

Leslie MI had a great customer experience at this location. The lady who checked us in was really nice and made the process really simple and pleasant. The truck wasn't super clean. There were some dirt and leaves on the floor mats and the back had some splash stains on the wall that looks like it's dried for a while but overall the rental was clean enough. I would recommend this location and come back for future needs as well.

William FWhoever brought the truck back didn’t clean it. The storage area inside the truck had metals pieces inside it. Also I would recommend someone sanitize the truck as there were bugs that bit me an my aunt all over our arms and legs while driving inside the cab. Whatever was in that truck left bug bites on us that turned into hives all over our bodies. Definitely don’t want someone to experience that.
Samantha KOverall check out and reservations messed up and took almost hour to check out truck when before only about 5min at most. Rsvp truck the told truck not available had get smaller truck. Told previous rsvp was canceled when arrive old rsvp showing and no self check in on account 3 times wrong had reset entire order and reload order from website with representative was a headache.
Chantal GI had excellent service at this Albemarle location as well. The gentleman there was so helpful. He stayed longer so that we were able to drop off the trailer which made our day because we were able to unload the truck first thing in the morning. He was truly a pleasure to work with. I couldn't have asked for better service. My experience will definitely lead me to use U-Haul again as well as to recommend this location. Thank you!

Pamela LThe contract appears to be in my son's name, Matthew However, I accompanied him and used my phone to pick up and drop off the vehicle. I also paid for it. The process of using the app to pick up and return was the most horrible experience I have undergone in quite a while. It was after hours when we picked the truck up, but the office was still occupied. I was so upset that they offered to help me pick up the rental by going on line. The truck was fine and we brought it back 2 hours ahead of time, but trying to do the drop off with my phone, resulted in another aggravating experience. I admit that I am not a techie as far as apps go, but you could make it a little easier for people like me. I will probably not use U-Haul again unless I can pick up and drop off during office hours where someone can handle the paperwork.
Matthew WWhen I returned the truck on Sunday by 3pm I could not get the web site to return the truck it would not let me it said I was having trouble but I had my location on but still would not work and so I was charged for a extra day. When I did not have the truck for that extra day.

JUSTIN WDolly broken. Went back to pickup trailer and they were closed on Wendesday. No paperwork to mark what was wrong with the truck. The truck was not ready with the supplies. Could not breathe in the office as it smelled really bad. Very unprofessional. The U Hauls were parked next to a different business when it was next door, very confusing.
STEPHANIE DI reported the check engine light was illuminated. The associate called U-Haul service center to report the problem. The catalytic converter had been replaced with an after market converter, I was driving approximately 300 miles and the truck started to jerk. Do not rent trucks with indicators lights on.
