Andy HAt the Auburn location i usually go to they hook the trailer up for you. At this location you have to hook it up yourself. It was very heavy. Also I was going to have to pay twice as much to leave it in Auburn after I was done. will make sure to make a reservation next time!
robert pVery disappointed in Uhaul. We booked our trailer several weeks in advance in Auburn, Al. When we showed up, we were told they had given away our trailer. Without notifying us, they changed our pick up location to one 25 miles away.
