Jacqueline B.I was granted 40 extra miles due to the reservation issue. I was still made to pay the additional mileage charge because the extra mileage wasn't indicated on the original contract. The additional mileage was granted by the owner of the truck after I left with it. The person at this location refused to verify this and made me pay the charge. I am extremely unhappy with this whole experience and will not use uhaul again. Penske and budget don't seem to have angry customers. Your dealer's attitudes are trash.

summer P.At first I was trying to do the contactless pickup but for some reason it would not let me finish. So I waited for the store to open, good thing I did because my furniture pads and dolly weren't even in the truck. They didn't even have the appliance dolly that I requested.

JEFFREY S.The app wasnt working when i tried to remote drop off the truck less than 7 hours after i recieved it (2 hours late on uhauls fault) so i couldnt return the truck securely and had to drive an additional 26 miles to be able to return it the next day . was told i was being charged for additional milage for having to drive the truck back home and not being physically able to return my uhaul cause photos of the odometer wouldnt upload. Now i have a balance of 21.98 because UHAULS app didnt work for the 2nd time that day. It had an additional 1/4 of a tank which cost me $50 so it was returned at 3/4 full and still she says i OWE YALL MORE MONEY. She let me leave with a promisary note but did not think i would get any sympathy or resolution from uhaul
