Your U-Haul turn-in app did not allow enough room in the comments block for me to describe the problems listed above. Although the app did not indicate there was a word/letter limit, once I completed that stage, I found the “continue button greyed out and couldn't figure out why it would not let me continue. It took much too long to complete, leaving me standing in the cold for at least thirty minutes. Difficult to use, and there should not be a word/letter limit when a customer is describing a problem. Further, I listed the equipment as unsafe to rent to next family due to the above reasons, yet the app completed stating that the equipment would indeed be picked up by the next family- indicating that U-Haul cares not about renting out unsafe, unpaired equipment. I would not be surprised if U-Haul ends up facing a class action lawsuit

ALBERT S.The lady at Cuba Storage was wonderful. It was suppose to be an after hours pick up but the Uhaul app would not work to allow me to use this feature. The lady happened to be there due to other business and was willing to stay and help me be able to check-in even though it was 2 hours after they closed. She and this location were amazing. The app and after hours pick up through Uhaul was awful, I was on hold 45 minutes before I hung up when this employee took her own time after hours to help.

William C.The truck they rented me had 3/4 of a tank. 3.5 miles from the pickup location the transmission went out. They brought me a truck with under 1/4 of a tank but did not update that in the paperwork. I paid $70 to fill it up. I then had to pay an additional $60 at the drop off location because it was a little under 1/2 tank when I dropped it off which was plenty more than what it had. They also charged me for insurance I made sure to say I didn't want. As a Navy veteran I wouldn't recommend U-Haul. They only want to find any way possible to charge you more.

Mike S.the lady who rented the u-haul trailer to us was friendly and advised us to check it for dents/damage and we did. We didn't check the tires until later when we stopped to get gas and found the tires to be badly worn-one was mostly bald. I am amazed that U-haul doesn't have a procedure to check the tires as these tires had to have been this way for a long long time. it worried me the rest of the trip wondering if one of the tires was going to blow out on us..

THOMAS R.Only complaint would be, I was given a larger vehicle than in had ordered. I ordered a vehicle one month ahead of time so this wouldn't happen. The vehicle given ran fine but used much more fuel than the smaller vehicle I had ordered. There for my expenses were much greater. For this reason I will look at other rental companies to fill my need. P. S. When I arrived to the rental drop off location, they had a plethora of vehicles on site. Maybe you need to make be these around the country?
