I rented the truck on a Thursday to get the .79 cent rate. They said it was ok to leave it there and pick it up Friday . So we did. When I got my bill they charged .99 cents a mike because it was Friday. We as a company will never rent from them again!charles R.

Incredible pick up location. Staff go out of there way to assist and make the most pleasant experience for every customer. Problems come from within Uhaul's internal traffic department- they overbook trailers and trucks and send you all over the world to get the trailer or truck and it's not the locations fault, but they take the brunt of it. Uhaul's traffic department is the root cause of all issues I've ever encountered. Never a location.Kyle B.

Croteau's went above and beyond to get me in the uhaul,I was suppose to use uhaul app but unprofessional people could not give me the info. to get in the lock box or the uhaul.The nice owners at Croteau's came in on a Sunday tp get me up and going.Never again will I go through your on line app.And I rent several uhauls a year for my business!I would recommend doing your reservations in person.MICHAEL B.

Don't like this online stuff at all. I went to pick up the truck and the lady at the service had to make up a new contract for me. I had to wait 2 hours before that happened because she tried to get me set up online as well. Then when I returned the truck the link that was set to me didn't work. I called 2 times the first time I got disconnected. Then I tried the web site the we're talking about and it worked. A 20 minute wait time isn't good when you need to talk to someone. The truck was good the service I got at the station where I got the truck was great. She was very helpfulJeffrey J.

How about not having to scan my driver's licence every time? I've rented 5 times from U-Haul in the last several months. Every time, they ask for my license even though I haven't moved. Seems to me, you should already have an image of my license.Charles B.

It really isn't the locations fault....but every time I have gone there to rent...there was always a problem with the system...either they didn't take a credit card (which was fully valid) or the computer would spit out info stating that there is no such thing as a 7500lb trailer hitch on my truck & it even has got to the point where she had to go in the back on the phone & apparently treat me as a "walk in" ....& even that took a while to go thru! Please supply this business a better computer system or please make a personal visit to them to see what is going on & see for yourself...Note: these are good people that shouldn't have to apologize 50 times a day on behalf of u-haul! Mrs. Croteau was very nice. She took it upon herself to call me. As the receiving dealer, she had no idea what kind of condition the truck was in, as no one in Worcester had bothered to document/update anything! I had to tell her the truck was already damaged, delivered dirty, with only 3/4 tank of gas. It's not fair to them or me!!John S.

I forgot to grab the dolly, but other than that mistake of my own, everything about my experience with this U Haul location, the staff, and the truck, was great. Moving is miserable so having the truck rental go smoothly made a big difference. I won't rent anywhere else from now on, highly recommend.Pat C.

I had reservations for an 6x12 trailer. I Was told it was ready for pick up. When I went to pick it up all that wAs available was a 5x8 trailer. This was very inconvenient and unacceptable. The trailer was way to small but I had no choice but to you it. I was not compensated for the error made by uhaulalfred L.

Give weekend moving rates. Realistically it takes three days to move a household if you are doing it on your own. Next time I may look into hiring a private mover because I think it would have cost the same amount had I done so.CATHY D.

This location is not open on Sundays but I was glad there was one so close to my destination in such a rural area. I used the drop box and UHaul share site to complete returning my vehicle which worked fine.kim W.

No issues with location on either pickup or drop off. I checked online to see what I could expect the cost to be for the equipment I was securing and to streamline our rental experience. Once I arrived at the pickup location I ended up waiting 2 hours due to a "computer glitch" And, then I was given a receipt that indicated a cost of about $150 more than I expected. While attempting to reconcile our situation with a manager, I was told that a "computer glitch" which indicated a lower price did not warrant a refund or reduction in our rental. Eventually, the issue was ironed out, but I did not care for the way in which the situation was handled.robert M.

After UHaul called and informed me that the trailer I reserved was over an hour away from the location I had selected and told me that this was the only place to get it, I called Croteau Auto parts to change the reservation. They stayed open an extra 2.5 hours past their normal close time on a Saturday in order to allow me to get this trailer. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly.Sam S.

They were not there when I dropped off the uhaul truck. The drop off areas were not plowed when I dropped off the uhaul truck I almost got stuck in the parking area for the uhaul drop off. Jane B.Jane B.
The regional dispatching system appears to be more interested in running up the rental price for U-Haul than providing the best customer service. I requested a pickup location at Auto Outfitters in Derby, VT but was told I had to pick up in Orleans, VT instead. In the morning of use I drove by Auto Outfitters and saw at least 5 trucks in their yard (unused). In the early afternoon after completing our move, I drove by again and still saw at least 4 trucks there. It appears to me that you work harder at running up the price than taking care of the customer.James J.

I was very satisfied as well as assisted to the fullest. My experience with Bob and Joyce reminded me of the virtues and values of old. The only thing(in my opinion) these people can't(not won't...lol)do is drive the vehicle for You...?? I would recomend ANYONE in need of UHAUL and other QUALITY SERVICE. The business was late on arrival. The U haul was not warm and was covered in ice. We returned it with a quarter tank of gas and were told we would not be charged for fuel yet we were. We were asked to return the dolly that we rented prior to the 24 hour contract and ultimately didn't need to rent a dolly had we known there was one in the u haul.Danielle H.
