UHaul doesn"t seem to get it together. From the very start, its error upon error upon error until the day of delivery. When I booked, I wanted to pay the whole amount. The store personnel said, "you'll pay when the box is delivered to you". When the box was delivered, I asked the driver if he is accepting credit card? Driver said, "He doesn't accept payment." After the box was delivered I left. After 2 hrs, somebody called and said, "You haven't payed yet". Duh...neither the store nor the driver would accept my payment. Then when I get to my destination and wanted my stuff delivered, I called the Crossville Marine where my stuff is being stored(by the way, the owner of this storage is not friendly at all). They said that they don't deliver. He then gave me another number to call for delivery. When I called that number, they wanted 3x as much as what was initially quoted to me. I will never use this company again. Four families are also relocating to the area - TN, within 6 months. I will tell them not to use UHaul at all. Compare to the PODS, UHaul needs to get their act together.

Ensure online inventory and hours are accurate. Crossville Marine was excellent and I strongly recommend them. Prior to this, I made a reservation at a different location and they were not open and did not have the trailer that I reserved. UHAUL help center did not provide a discount or any reimbursement since it was a same day rental. Again, Crossville Marine was excellent, it was the other location (Vicki's Thrift store and UHaul corporate) that could improve.

Did not drop off here. Dropped off at Miller Mart 1588 Miller ave. There was only a couple of places to park and there was already one truck there and I dropped off two trucks. Other than that we were treated excellent.

A couple items got broke. Some parts of my nephew's bike was broke and damaged, some picture frames were broke, some glass spice jars were broke, my niece's Precious Moments collectors plate was broke, other than that everything looked pretty good.

U-Haul over all did fine but the breakdown was of delivery of units, moving help & associated costs. Movinghelp.com is a nightmare. First company wouldn't do the job, second one didn't speak good English so communications so terrible had to cancel them & find our own moving help. Delivery of filled units cost double of what we were expecting. We needed to move this way because we couldn't move house to house but would not do again unless full disclosure & communications improve.

THE LOCATION WAS JUST FINE. HAD YOU IDIOTS PROPERLY DISCLOSED TO ME * BEFORE* *BEFORE* I WENT TO PICK IT UP THAT YOU WERE GOING TO WANT A GOD DAMNED CONTACT NUMBER... WE ARE BOTH ELDERLY AND SEVERELY DISABLED AND WE DIDN'T NEED THIS CRAP.

The original order was grossly flawed. We were projected for 5 containers however in the end requiring 10. This throwing off our moving budget by 100%. Look back in my file history and you will find several phone calls to Uhaul to remedy the changes. Finally, after talking to the fifth or sixth car I got the entire contract redone. Then I received a change of drop location days before the actual drop were to take place. My local mover intervened changing it to a closer location saving me several hundred dollars in mileage cost. My original contact with your csr was totally unacceptable. She blamed me for the problems and was totally worthless. Follow the recorded conversations and you will see my point. Personally I don't think that Uhaul will do anything to follow up on this situation, my original mover told me to request a refund for the poor support received but that won't happen consider the size of U-Haul. Would I recommend Uhaul to family or friends depends on how you handle this complaint.

Great UHAUL rental location. Don't waste your time trying to pickup your truck/trailer at the Advance Storage place, Hwy 70, Crossville or you might end up in a bind when you show for your truck and are greeted by someone saying they are not open yet, there internet is down, can't honor your reservation and tell you to go somewhere. else!

Made a phone reservation for truck and appliance dolly. Went to Clarkrange garage to pick up equipment. They had the truck, but no dolly. He called you and talked to Lisa. She had him send us to Crossville Tire and appliance, 18 miles away.According to Lisa they had 13 dollys. when we arrived it was the same story. Had the truck but no dolly. We were, by this time very irritated and way behind our schedule. We then sent to our third location another 8-10 miles away. We finally got the equipment we reserved, but only because the second store called the third and made sure they had the truck and dolly. If I had to do it all over I would go to your competitor. This was a complete fiasco!!
