Inside of cargo area was damp and greasy. Cab had lots of pet hair. Truck needed maintenance.

Attendant at the pickup location didn't know what he was doing and didn't know how to log into the uhaul account in order to help us. I finally called the help line and the lady was able to give us the assistance we needed to get the equipment. She was very helpful.

For a first time user, the app was frustrating when trying to check truck out. It was basically a self service location. Also, I had to drive 30 miles to get truck.
