Excellent service
Rudy Sthe trailer was parked in the mud. had to put my truck in four-wheel drive just to get out of the parking area

Ron GWe rented a row behind trailer initially but the location has the trailers in a field and it had rained so we were unable to get the trailer out, we had to cancel the order and rent a truck which ended up costing us more money. Do not recommend.
Megan MYou need to have Dollie's. I had to go from Brazoria to Angleton to get Dollies. Nobody had them in Clute and Lake Jackson. To me poor customer service on U-Haul part. Not the people that stock the vehicles it's U-Haul fault
Lillie GAfter reserving a truck weeks in advance the day before I pick it up I am told the closest truck to me is over an hour away each way. Truck was not clean inside and had approx. 1/8 tank of fuel.
Peter FThe key that computer told her to give us was for smaller truck- took over 1 hr to get straightened out- but time of check out was when wrong key given! She was on phone 20+ minutes verifying she could give us keys to right size truck!

Brittany BAssociate had to multitask as she was waiting on U-Haul customers. She was very short and not explaining well to a customer inquiring services when I was there. My rental was reserved under wrong last name but she was able to assist after researching further.

Vincent BClerk could not get my information in and was there almost 25 minutes finally call corporate and the lady on the phone had me out of there after about 5 minutes.

GARY PLocated at convenience store. The clerk was courteous to me but was yelling at multiple customers to get out of his store and wait outside. It was parked in a muddy field. The help in hooking it up was barely sufficient. I will not be back there.

Myangel CAttendent was highly disorganized and confused. I did not order the coverage and pointed to her that I did not order during check in. She confirmed and said I have not. When I got the receipt, it had the coverage. I was in a hurry so I did not dispute. Improvement ideas: 1.) More user friendly app or better user training for the attendents because they seem to be frustrated with their uhaul attendent app. 2.) Allow customer to review the itemized receipt before letting them sign and discharging them. 2b.) Easy and fast corrections and updates to errors during review
Jasper SThis location is a gas station. There was one person on duty. Her priorities were with her store customers as it should be. The lot for drop off is a dirt lot and full of pot holes.
PAULA EIt took almost an hr to pick up the truck Pick up was inside a gas station and the person could t figure out their app. They kept taking customers in front of me. Tracy GIt was a cluttered gas station in the middle of no where. I only went their because you offered $40 off to go there vs a different nearby location
Danny BTell the customer to put $2 more in the tank so you won't get charged $20 I put gas in the tank to make sure it was back at half a tank and when I got my invoice I was charged $15.75 for gas she told me to take it up with Uhaul I have a picture of the gage she charged me for the tank was at half a tank like it should of been. I would like to be reimbursed. Gracias

sheryl sMy only complaint is when making a reservation online to notify the website automatically signs you up for supplies and charges your card. Which I canceled and hope to get my refund considering it was immediately taken from my account.
Aaron KI checked in online and followed Uhaul video and the lady was upset that I did not come in to do it. Not happy that I brought the truck and trailer back early. Neither are my problems.
Deanna MLady was nice, truck was good. But blankets were not folded.

Don AThe gas station in the middle of redneck land had no clue what they were doing. When I went to go check in the truck. They tried to charge me double. I ended up walking out and calling uhaul myself to try and resolve my bill. After being left on hold for over an hour I hung up.
Melissa GI had to wait an hour and a half because that location has sub par internet and kept locking up to leave with rental. Same thing happened when I returned the unit. I just left and hoped it was right.
RICHARD DThe customer service lacked professionalism and respect. The pick up of the rental truck felt as if I was being interrogated. I felt as if I didn't and shouldn't have to explain why I needed the rental. I also didn't feel as if I needed two references in case I didn't return the vehicle. Prior to myself renting a truck there was a customer before me that didn't receive any of these questions. On the return of the vehicle I was charged for 2.5 gallons of fuel when clearly the dial was in the same position prior to rental. I will never rent from there again if the same representatives are present. Needless to say I rented another truck from a different location minutes after my return. Better Service and an abundance of respect given.

Jessica FI got charged an extra $74 & told that uhaul customer service has to refund me and they didn't not initiate the payment and when I tried to call customer service it would ring and then hang up I tried three different numbers for them

Andrew HI felt as if I was bothering the lady at the counter. She rolled her eyes a bit when I told her I was there to pick up a rental. She did not go over anything with me, and she just told me to sign after she completed the order. The truck sounds like it is in poor maintenance asking with clicking sounds. When I returned the vehicle, a different lady/employee was there and was also a bit rude, and she kept emphasizing "you" in a manner one may find disrespectful... he tone. So, this location may be able to improve with friendlier employees with professional customer service.
Melissa WYou switched the pick up location on me the day prior to my pick up that I planned a month in advance. The folks there knew nothing about the equipment, the truck got stuck in the mud of their lot then it was up to me to load the vehicle trailer with no instruction. It was awful. turns out the trailer blew a tire on the route and I had to stop towing my car 200 miles short of my destination. This was a train wreck from the onset.

Gary WNobody was there to give us a key so our location got switched and ending up costing us more due to cost per mile. Were not the only ones affected by the location this morning. No accountability from management and talking to people is to be expected from the Angleton location. Very disappointed.

SHANA FTook 1 1/2 hrs to get the truck once we got to the pick up location which was about 15 to 20 miles further than we wanted and was located in a town we didn't want as there wasn't a 15 ft truck available for the time we requested in Lake Jackson, Tx. The clerk had no idea what to do and the computer kept messing up and was slow. We had movers waiting on us when we got home and at $165 (i think more) an hour, Uhaul should pay for the delay for the fact there were problems at the pick up place as mentioned above. You charged extra mileage …why? It was uhaul who changed the pickup location. This was a horrible experience. Shame on Uhaul for not being more organized. I'll not use them again and you shouldn't either….we'll at least don't use the one out in country and way out of Angelton, Tx at a rinky dink grocery store!!!
Tobin PAlmost passed it, looks just like a gas station. Infact it is a gas station. Lady was nice got everything taken care of, no complaints.
Jeffrey MIt took an hour and a half to refund $20 because they didn't have any utility or furniture dollies. I had prepaid for these items because they said they had some. Because of the delay I was unable to finish getting everything because I had to leave town to drive 130 miles in time to pick up my kids from the school. Won't be going back to that location.

Dale MTrailer could not be picked up at original location. Said it got a flat the day before and would take another day, but if that's so, why wasn't I notified. Another trailer was found, but 25 miles away. When checking out, my trailer was charged to another customer. After thirty minutes of on hold, the other customer and I solved our problem so we could leave and get on with our business. Only three hours after my pickup time.
David LIt’s to expensive and the dolly wasn’t in working condition and we had to pay money for it
Marie PThe area where truck was kept was extremely difficult to drive in. Muddy, crowded and narrow road. The people were friendly but the process took much longer than expected given that I had already done everything online ahead of time.
