The oil needs changed in the vehicle - I was unable to get a good picture of milage and the full gas tank because 2 seconds after turning the vehicle on (while the gas gauge was still rising) the milage display changed to "change oil". Other than that, Cromartie was very kind and helpful for our last minute arrangement. The mobile app was frustrating to check in and out. I was unable to indicate in the app that the oil needed changed - when I clicked "no" to some question like, "is this vehicle ready for the next person" I tried to say no, the box popped up for me to mention why (literally just an oil change), and then because of that I was unable to continue to the next screen. So I was kind of forced to say everything was fine, otherwise I was stuck with the vehicle that was due back soon after I returned it. I had already completed everything on line in anticipation of a quick pick up procedure. I scheduled the pick up for Noon and at 12:20 I was being called to see if I still wanted the vehicle. I reported that I got busy at work and would be there shortly. Upon arrival, I was handed the owner's (I believe that is who he was) cell phone and spoke via speaker with a woman at some other location in order to verify all my information again. Once finished, I ws so happy to be done I jumped into the vehicle and left. While on my way I relaied I had not seen the 2 dozen packing blankets I had ordered and paid for. I hoped they were in cargo bo of the truck. They were not. I text the owner to let him know I had not received the blankets I ordered and have yet to receive a response. I also noticed that although I had denied all insurance, somehow I have a $42 Safemove charge on my receipt. I am baffled at how a simple, 10' van rental turned into over $500 in charges and that does not include fuel. I could have, and in the future will, shipped this with a freight carrier for less and would not have had to drive a 10' van 4 hours and then unload it.Anthony D.
