Instead of being wrongfully charged $152.00, I would have preferred a clarifying phone call. I made the reservation online and modified it in Tyler, TX, when I picked up the truck. I do not know where the error occurred. My contract number is 26845909 and my phone number is 972.415.6447.

there was a flat tire so Ihad to come right back and they had a u-haul service truck come out and fix it . I will say they were very nice as I had to wait for hours for the service guy. Then to top it off I had set my paper work down on the table top and I guess the guy that was sitting there got mine and not his .so I had no clue as to gas that I started with or to where I was to drop it off at .this was not there fault at all I should have kept my paper work on me . Mrs.Susan was great !!!!!!!! All thought having the flat made me miss my dropping of the 6ft 7in EAGLE to the Hearts Veteran Museum in Huntsville that afternoon as we had set up for and payed guy's to be there! had to eat that money and then to be charge the extra gas because I had to take the truck home and go the next morning did not sit well with me. We are a non profit Combat vets Association that was taking a eagle to a nonprofit Veteran Museum ! I did try call your corp. office got no call back!!!

Trailer had a flat tire agent had no desire to help We had to spend 45 mins on the phone with roadside service then wait 90 more mins to have a repair person come 50 miles to repair tire. We lost over 2 1/2 hrs of our planed day. Trailer tire was flat when we arrived to pick it up.

There should be more training for the people that work or working at your different locations we were treated poorly charges didn't match what I was told over the phone when I made the reservation there was never anyone that walked us around before We received the truck the ramp was broken tail light was out on the car dolly and I was told that the woman who checked us out told the woman that was with me that if I got an attitude with her that she would cancel my reservation also the fuel line on the invoice was incorrectPeople at the drop off location were very friendly and courteous and I'm very disappointed and getting a charge for fuel after I was told we are to fill it up that would be acceptable and that I would not be getting a charge

My uhaul wasn't clean. I had to clean it when I got in and out of it. I paid for 55 miles. But I only want 44.3 miles. They keep all my money. When I get to Lufkin tx. I didn't think that was right.

Hard to comment on this location as I never saw anyone. It was closed when I got there. I contacted the regional manager and he was very helpful. He contacted the Crockett personnel first thing Monday and they were quick to check the truck in and send me my final receipt for payment.

The manger on the phone was rude and never tried to listen what happened. He just said you signed contract and you should read it so he said I have to pay the amount 5x double the amount of my rental. That's a shame for a big company Uhaul.

I will be communicating directly with Joe Schoen in reference to the poor level of service and how this was centrally managed. The Crockett team did a good job of trying to recover from the central control tower.

I was told by the business owner that if I lost the one page paper contract I could be charged an extra $50.00 dollars. I have never been told this before. I have spent several thousand dollars at UHaul in the last 12 months and specifically chose the Crockett location to give them the local business when the UHaul website was trying to send me to the Palestine or Trinity locations. All I can say is, Typical Crockett Business Mentality.

When I dropped the truck off, I went online and tried to do the return like I had been told to do. There were no options on returning it other than park the truck in a safe place and drop the keys off. I get a call on Wednesday morning (because of Christmas) that I didn't do anything right. The combo lock that came with the truck was suppose to stay at the pick up location (which was closed at the time of pickup) and I never processed the drop off properly. Plus, there is no reason to be rude for being inconvenienced. If this process was easier or more transparent and all locations had the same standard to go by, this wouldn't be a guessing game for the renter. I have a long standing rental history with uhaul and this is by far the worst experience I've ever had.

My biggest issue had to do with the contract. The pick up location indicated that if I returned the trailer on the first day I would get some refund as I had paid ahead for two days. At the pick up location however I was told that no refund would be given. Also, there was no one there to help detach the trailer and it was a 6 x 12 trailer so the tongue was fairly heavy. The trailer was in good working order.

Very nice people, very courteous. I told the manager about the mileage allowance being too short to get me to my house, and he was nice enough to waive the .40 cents per mile charge, since I was about 25 miles over. Like I've always said, there's a big difference between people in the city, and people in the country.....common courtesy is the main difference.

When I picked up the truck it had 3/4 tank but bill listed 7/8. When I drop off the truck I left it with 7/8 and dealer listed at 3/4. I left the truck at 10:00am Monday mourning. Since the dealer was not there and I live 240 miles away I hardly can challenge it. All I know to be true is the truck had more fuel in it when I left it, than when I dropped it off. In addition I called U-Haul today at 11:28am and talked to Alina. She stated there where no additional charges. I will leave out the Crocket dealer mishap.
